@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning! Was Sky doing planned maintenance on the Swanley (01322) exchange last night (Meaning 1st into the 2nd)? Fibre broadband is down, but I am synced to the cabinet and I have a dialling tone on the phone, but if I dial a number it just gives an engaged tone.
