@SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

@SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam it says everything is fine, and if i do the pinging on the sky router maintenance page it says 0 dropped packets, but if i do it on command prompt i get a timeout on third step and as i said, very bad latency in game, but nothing bad on browser
