If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

@SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely fed up with Sky now. 3 days constantly trying to pause my sports & it never goes through online. Telling me to try a phone number that doesn’t work. If I get billed the full amount (including more price rises) next month I’ll cancel my whole subscription.

Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

@SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Basically it won’t leave Standby mode or un-pause (if whatever we’re watching has been paused). (I’ve changed remote batteries a couple of times). The only solution is a hard-reset (ie power cycle). It’s only an issue with our older Sky MiniQ box. The newer one works just fine.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the internet at L30? We had sky and open reach out last week as it kept dropping. Thought he’d fixed it and now it’s started again dropping every 5-10 minutes. I work from home and I keep disconnecting. Will it ever work properly?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve run the tests and it says there is an issue connecting to the hub. I’ve run through everything else, resetting the hub etc, it sits where it is. I do suspect there’s a local issue rather than an equipment issue but given it’s a new build area I don’t know who to contact
