@SkyHelpTeam It has and booked an engineer who has came to fix it but they never came to my house now one is here atm and trying to fix faults but it’s unacceptable speeds

Not sure why the person called Barbara at #skyglass insisted on talking over both me and my mother in law but it's really not the standard a 25 year VIP customer should be getting from @SkyUK hopefully will speak to someone more helpful tomorrow 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!
