    @SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyHelpTeam I was literally speaking to the team this morning and they didn’t mentioned anything, then 3 hours later they cancel my home move which has been in place for a week. On hold now for an hour!
