Not sure why the person called Barbara at #skyglass insisted on talking over both me and my mother in law but it's really not the standard a 25 year VIP customer should be getting from @SkyUK hopefully will speak to someone more helpful tomorrow 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Nope zero deals. Our packages were removed and the cost was higher! Maybe we got through to an agent in training. He was happy for us to cancel so we just did that. Would have been stupid to accept his offer of less for more!

Just had SKY VIP rewards offers. None are any use to us apart from ebook. Tried to download but told no codes are available and to try later. It was the same last Sunday. Why make an offer which cannot be redeemed. Been a @SkyUK customer for nearly 30 years not a happy bunny. 😤

@wilsoa10 @SkySports Bank holiday weekend civil service offices would be closed over the weekend and Monday so I don’t understand why this is such an issue it’s what happens when you wait until just before bank holiday weekend to sign that striker we’ve needed all summer
