@SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

hey @SkyHelpTeam, why is it that on your ultrafast package my connection keeps dropping every 1-2 minutes lately and when I try to use your app to test it, the test function is conveniently not working ONLY when it’s playing up, and works fine the rest of the time? 🙃
