@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam it says everything is fine, and if i do the pinging on the sky router maintenance page it says 0 dropped packets, but if i do it on command prompt i get a timeout on third step and as i said, very bad latency in game, but nothing bad on browser

FFS @SkyUK every month I need to activate @discoveryplus on my TV! Why? I can log in on my phone with no issue but when trying to view through sky Q I need to redeem the offer every month! The link you also provide is also not working now. Very poor service, free or not!

@NotTypicalG @cjsnowdon Everyone complains about poor people having massive flat screen TVs, Sky TV and Sky Sports subscriptions. So why doesn’t @SkyUK triple the monthly cost for people on low incomes then they will cancel their accounts and they can then buy more fruit & vegetables? It’s a no brainer.
