    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @Ofcom Now done. A company or body I have dealt with have broken the rules and shared my and possibly others telephone number. @SkyUK are good as my providers, but may be one of the insurance companies or one of the price comparison companies are not being secure with their data.

    @SkyHelpTeam My dad's Sky TV box gives the most awful picture & sound. It buzzes and there's a ghost image of another channel drifting from right to left. I had a better picture than this on terrestrial in the 60s and that was free!

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven't had any internet since 8.30, had to go to the library to work today. And on top of that, it's "training day" so it takes 20 minutes to get to customer service, and then they drop the call. Thanks Sky. Will definitely be looking to move to another provider.
