I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!
