    Sky are the ******* worst. No reward for loyalty, new customers get everything. Leaving a cult is probably easier than downgrading your package with them. Nothing can be done online and no one ever answers the phone. Over 2 weeks getting nowhere. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Firstly I never got a message and you are telling me I paid £16 and my daughter watched it once. Secondly it should state you only get it for 24 hours once you watch it not the 7 days it says to rent #poorservice #tradingstandards

    First signs of the premier league declining was when @SkySports removed @TinieTempah - Written in the stars from the opening to games. When that came on, you knew shit was gonna go down. #fact

    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

Terrible shame for the red lot from across the park but you win some, you lose some... couldn’t happen to s nicer bunch...

    Imposible to contact #sky on any form, not even putting us on waiting list. They only respond on twitter to say "call by phone", which is impossible mission. in two days we will loose our internet connection because of @SkyUK poor customer service. We need a solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @SkySports No problems with that whatsoever. You can’t start a new season when there’s just 8/9 games left. Play 2-3 games a week.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    @Charl_H79 @SkyHelpTeam 100% right - Sky need to learn a customer loyalty journey ! Customers shouldn’t need to call, it should be automatic and then NOT increased once the deal has been agreed . Customers can’t leave in contract - why should prices go up

    @SkyHelpTeam PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn off the @BBCiPlayer link on the BBC channels. It is awful to operate and could be resolved, like with @FreeviewTV by using a coloured button instead of "select" or backup. My marriage depends on this being fixed!! HELP!!
