    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

    @SkyHelpTeam Firstly I never got a message and you are telling me I paid £16 and my daughter watched it once. Secondly it should state you only get it for 24 hours once you watch it not the 7 days it says to rent #poorservice #tradingstandards

    @SkySports No problems with that whatsoever. You can’t start a new season when there’s just 8/9 games left. Play 2-3 games a week.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

    @SkyHelpTeam Never got a message. My daughter watched it on Monday when we downloaded it and it was still on the box yesterday as she started to re watch it in the morning. I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi no we wasn't expecting a call but someone called earlier to talk about our slow wifi and they said they would call back. Its been slower ever since we upgraded to sky Q and got a new hub. Just seems a bit worse lately and thought it might have showed up on your data.

    @SkyHelpTeam No we didn't get the number i thought it was odd that you knew about our slow wifi. Is there anything we can do to speed it up as I said its been slower since we swapped to the sky Q hub wifi unit

    @craighampson7 @SkyUK Sky TV have shocking customer service, they have no loyalty, if you was a new customer they would be braking into your home to get equipment set up. They just want your money but don't worry their non existent after sales team will give you a call when they can be arsed.
