@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

@JonathanCoys @SkySports you are so focused on the 2 games in 4 days part which isn't a problem its the 48 hour notice, and the playing spurs before and distance from each other is irrelevant, hope this helps 👍👍
