I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to ยฃ66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.
