@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@Mr_B_solihull @Villasince82 @SkySports Think the Grealish deal was on the cards and achievable, he’s improved the City team. Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

@SkyUK Major issues with my WIFI with my Sky Broadband today in Portsmouth. A 10 minute reset cured it for a few hours. My phone is back to saying no internet connection once again. Hard wired items no issue. All my WIFI devices have no internet; even though all lights green.

@SkyHelpTeam I've attempted all steps as I've outlined previously. It's not only the Sky Q box that's affected, its all device that are connected via WiFi as I've already stated. A new router was sent to me and its been fine, until now. Your service checked indicates no problems. 1/2
