Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-wonโt be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?
