    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer visiting my flat last year asked me to call SKY and have it changed since everything else was ok. It's a terrible service for someone that's been with sky for 5 years. Looking for a change now.

    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to cancel sky sports but ur site has no way to do that ur call number is a joke now got an email ur upping my bill in a pandemic to recover ur losses please help me or I'm cancelling the whole thing through my bank i refuse to b robbed during a pandemic
