We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.
