@SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

@SkyHelpTeam No not at the moment. It’s been an ongoing problem hence the cabling and an additional booster being added. Direct cabling to a mini box works fine but mini boxes dependent on the booster are unreliable. Typical message - unable to connect to your network or similar
