@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@MichaelHarvey01 @SkySports Sons hand remained open and never gripped him, so he had nothing to shake off, imo. The quick fling back with the arm wasn't natural running movement, it was careless. His hand hit him square in the face. Accidental, yes probably. Foul, yes.
