Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

@SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

Horrific service from again @SkyUK. Offered a deal on Saturday, then told today the offer shouldn't have been made, we'd been mis-sold a broadband package on the Saturday call and the new offer is £16 more per month
