@SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

@SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

Why is the sound on the Spurs v Doncaster game so bad on Sky Sports+? Can barely hear the fans and sounds like the commentators are in a box? It’s genuinely making the game unwatchable and making it feel as though there’s zero atmosphere. Sort it out @SkySports.

@SkySports The sound levels are awful on SkySports+. Can barely hear the crowd at the Spurs game - please turn the commentators down! (Or at least ask them to breathe occasionally).
