I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@SkyHelpTeam Appreciate difficulties. Would be nice to get update even if update is there's no update. ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓

@SkySports 3 is harsh on Kane, he wasn't getting any service and when you are judged purely on getting the ball in the back of the net, that is hard with players around you not pulling their weight.
