Matt (@Missives0fASub) reported from Romford, England@saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.
