Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date.
