Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). I should of downloaded it from amazon as they were same prove but for 30 days

Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.
