Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.
