@skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

@SkyUK Why not just update the Sky Q boxes to bring in the service over the internet; that would help with signal problems in bad weather. I don't need a new TV, I just want my Sky not to blackout during a bit of Rain.

@DanHubbard I had a major issue with my @SkyUK broadband, the issue being it’s slow, cuts out and WiFi won’t reach around my small home, when previously BT was fine. 2hrs on the phone they suggested I pay more money to upgrade so they can help or deal with it 😡
