    Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam hi my sky Q box isn’t working. I’ve turned everything on and off again and still nothing works. Nothing on the sky Q box or the mini boxes. Please fix!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @BBCWatchdog #TreatLoyaltyLikeRoyalty @SkyUK The longer you're with them the more they treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe. They also charge admin fees for everything and was once told these fees pay staff wages when I complained.

    Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    Don't get stressed by @SkySports pundits and their bias. Just drink their tears with a smile on your face. Bit disappointing that @9smudge can't help but put the boot into the club that made him, but some ex pros are like that. We savour their bitterness and move on.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have raised a complaint & asked for an operations manager to contact me. Earlier today an agent contacted me, was getting no where with him so asked for an Ops manager to contact me(again) Again, an agent contacted me. Told her to put me through to a manager and she cut me off!

    @lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not getting any live TV on Sky at present. Recordings play and box seems to be OK. TV is fine on all other services including terrestrial. Just getting a blue screen on every channel - not even an error message. Yet your service status says no problems in East London?

    @SkyUK broadband services are absolutely tragic. Can't even do my job from home because of how ridiculously slow it is & tried ringing Customer Service only to find its all automated & nobody I can speak too!! Shambles of a company.
