    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

    Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

    @SkyHelpTeam sky told me my broadband had issues so I need to book an engineer which was very helpful. But the engineer came for 2 minutes, stopped the Internet working and left! No return, no idea what’s going!! Shocking it was slow but actually worked before a goon worked it

    So after yesterday's issues with @SkyHelpTeam via the telephone and the guy being incredibly unhelpful I have spoken to a lovely lady called Stephanie who has requested the call is listened to and the complaint is fed back to the manager of the person in question. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been on hold for 30 minutes to discuss my broadband which you said would be sorted in November (two people have come out and still it’s slow and flags). This is painful, is there any other way I can sort this without wasting more hours of my life.
