Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!
