@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

@SkyHelpTeam Also for the whole of the post race show on @SkySportsF1, the Lazenby/Schiff/Rosberg pres has had a lip sync problem, pictures leading sound. The Sky Pad camera with Ant Davidson and guests is fine. Surprised that the Sound Sup hasn't picked this up and fixed.
