    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    Ok so this week I’m on call, I’m going to utilise the time to do two things that will take far longer to do than they should. Renew 3 x @leytonorientfc season tickets and cancel @skysports.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks I have gone through all of the steps and even tried the SIM card in a spare phone and still no signal. I will keep trying.

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam had Sky glass a couple of months now and have noticed minor and major lip sync, pretty much all the time, it's really annoying and no, I haven't got any sort of connected speaker system. How do I fix this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    Hey @SkyUK had no signal for weeks. Engineer confirms its a line of sight issue that is your fault and tells me to move to stream. Call and told to pay £40 for something not my fault. Been with you nearly 12 years, still have no TV as I'm not paying. Was told a manger would call
