    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband is unusable. Huge latency, speed down to 10mbs, with no upload speed. I want your £25pm lower price offer. But can't switch online as website crashes and can't get through on phone. I am paying stupidly uncompetitive pm fee for a rubbish service. Help.
