    @mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

    @SkyHelpTeam classic again today having to reboot my broadband and Sky Q boxes. This is a regular occurrence probably 3 times a day. Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam It has and booked an engineer who has came to fix it but they never came to my house now one is here atm and trying to fix faults but it’s unacceptable speeds

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why after having super fast fibre installed my broadband drops off the sky Q box daily and usually has to be reset to get it going again? Not great for paying over £100 a month for a service that's not very good at all!

    @MartinDash1 @SkyHelpTeam We’ve just phoned Sky & they had to do a reboot on the sky box & system . If you’re having problems still Mart might be worth giving them a call as they are aware of lots of issues! Supposedly sorted now , but we’ll see 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with your staff. Offered gesture of goodwill payment which is then withdrawn as I ask to speak to a manager…. Bullying tactics and stonewalling! Also complaint raised and aparently thoroughly investigated in 5 mins!! 😡😡😡

    @SkyUK When you take out a contract paying a high monthly cost you expect the device and allowance .... third bill about to be paid and still no device. Passed 5 times by call centre, advisors claiming to put me on hold to read the notes ... never to pick up again

    @SkyUK Do not take sky mobile. Faulty iPhones. 3rd bill taken & still no replacement. Sky centre is a folder of troubleshooting sheets with no one that can help, you can't call the team that deals with your case. 1 call every 2/3 weeks to repeat the last info #ScamAlert
