    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Not happy... spoke to yr cust service guy, my husband managed to workout some issues before him whilst on the phone... what I was told to do following the troubleshooting just made everything worse. Now it stops partly through a downloaded episode... this is not on, sorted now...
