@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@SkyHelpTeam apparently I have the fastest broadband for my address I pay for WiFi guarantee yet every day when I work from home the internet goes down I pay £82.50 a month absolute joke just done it again and last night it’s every day I ran a broadband test and said all ok

@SkyHelpTeam What's going on with the service in BA13 please? Intermittent service all day every day, affecting TV and broadband. Outages last between 10 mins to an hour. Fault definitely not with us.
