    @SkyHelpTeam Also today had a LOT of calls today claiming to be “Sky Technical Dept” saying our internet is insecure and wanting to “help us fix it”. Can provide the number they used if required.

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, this week in particular I keep getting network dropouts (aka poor connection messages). Very frustrating when my wife, myself and 2 homeschooling kids are trying to use online services (Gmeet, Google Classroom etc ).

    @SkyHelpTeam Already have and we were disconnected to allow a new customer to be connected. Now openreach won’t reverse that and are saying we need an underground team to reconnect us!! No idea how long that’ll take. It’s a rubbish service
