    @SkyUK having been a customer for years,I would expect a better service. I have been without internet for 3 days, told it would be fixed within 3 then 5 days. They repaired a line outside but it’s still not working!!. Now have to wait until next week for an engineer to come!!

    @SkyHelpTeam online for over 2 hours now seeking help after of shockingly slow broadband. 7mb at one point. Really pleased I left BT to come to you. Justifying the £184 you took from my account this month. “Still connecting..” says everything about you and your customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Afternoon, I raised an issue with router firmware on the phone app, and was flagged for downgrade. A couple of days later I get a txt asking if my issue is resolved. I reply no and I've had no response for nearly a week

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel father-in-laws Sky TV, on phone for half an hour enduring hard sell tactics. Thank God he had me to talk on his behalf, feel sorry for elderly and vulnerable who have no one to help them. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia I did - no help there. Was sent to the customer service team, then technical team, now waiting for the customer service team again. I just need to know how long I have left in the contract before @SkyUK can buy me out.
