@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@SkyUK i see the app is back up and running this morning. I'm not happy with the service. You just pull the plug on your customers out the blue. Don't communicate or email or put a message on the app for customers to say your doing maintanence. No mention anywhere.

@SkyUK I have am issue to why the broadband lights are all green but no wifi connection. This is the 4th time in as many weeks in Glasgow. Its happening across Glasgow Scotland England Wales. The service is going downhill fast. You can't access the app says down for maintanence
