@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. We tried to cancel yesterday as we're basically paying for things we could get free. We've been told they can't help because we are tied in a contract. There was a day when you could pay a cancellation fee and leave when you wanted. Cheeky buggers
