    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam that's it Sky, cancelling our subscription, no Sky signal for the thousandth time. Same goes for our whole street. Fed up of all the problems. Absolute rip off for the 'service'.

    @SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

    @NoWanKaz @SkyUK @ineedattention You really need to work on your replies, try keeping it fact based (you saying a round edge is square, you saying you were buying a Samsung then forgetting and trying to use that against me after) it works a lot better than just pulling random **** out your arse, hope this helps
