    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @Fulhamflutter @SkySports @btsportfootball We've not watched any of todays televised games as we've had enough of VAR, and to be honest, I'm not sure when we'll next bother to put a premier league game on - never thought we'd reach the stage where we'd choose not to watch any of the tv games.

    @SkyHelpTeam that's it Sky, cancelling our subscription, no Sky signal for the thousandth time. Same goes for our whole street. Fed up of all the problems. Absolute rip off for the 'service'.

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

    @SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

    @RedBates @SkyHelpTeam Bit late to say it now but I call Sky up every year or 18 months to renew my offers for TV and BB. Never had any real problem in 17 years. Just as well really, as there's very little alternatives to satellite TV in my area. Hope you get something sorted out soon.

    @SkyHelpTeam So if sky are only offering HD and not UHD then advertising the glass as this great UHD with Dolby vision and Dolby Atmos is a huge let down when another platform is offering it in UHD at the same price as sky for the HD version

    @SkyHelpTeam Or Sky cinema. She said I don’t want any extras, I don’t have the internet. He replied ‘lots of people at your age don’t’. And ‘it’s all free’, several times (whilst talking over her). I am absolutely appalled that he has ridden roughshod over her. She is elderly, not stupid.

    @TSJSports @SkySports Real Madrid won the champions league 4 years out of 5, so no its not that rare. You want an international tournament every single year? You realise players arent robots and this would mean they literally would never have a proper pre season and sufficient rest periods?
