    @SkyHelpTeam My wife needs it for her work, she needs to be able to log in on her system as she works as a community nurse for NHS, you clearly cannot provide the service you say, how do I go about cancelling the contract? When it comes to paying the next bill I’ll wait a week?

    @SkyHelpTeam every day the sky has a problem with signal even when there is slightest bit of wind and rain .. sort it out sky .. you charge enough !!!

    @msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

    @ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I live in the middle of nowhere and Vodafone Wi-Fi calling is excellent at home. I don’t have too many problems with the signal as a lorry driver I’m all over the country and very rarely suffer signal problems

    @SkyUK Awful customer service! I was told a sky engineer would be coming between 07:00 and 13:00 today to which no one showed and rang. I chased multiple times throughout the day and the response given was they will be 30 minutes.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with your Sky Mobile customer service today. I rang to tell them my husband had died and he had a contract with you. I was offered no condolences and was told rather abruptly that I have to pay over £600 to cancel his contract. Appalling!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well the wait on the customer service line was more reason to cancel my sky package, which is finally done, only had to wait 1 hour 15mins for an agent 🙄 Gives me more reason not to rejoin in future tbh...

    @SkyHelpTeam Auto-compensation is an aggrieved customer's right. The damage that Sky is causing to my routine because of this is far more serious. Am surprised that no one on Twitter has even asked for my Account Number yet - so not sure how seriously the team is looking into this! @annacook

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, due to have an install of your service towards the end of June, the dish needs to be installed near gutter level of a two storey house, would this count as a specialist height install/would this be OK? Neighbours already have this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, from the middle of last week we have been getting really unreliable satellite signal where the tv will be choppy or even completely cut out and show signal errors. I've just been out and cut a tree that was closing in on the dish but still having the issue.
