    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not a widespread issue but you will sort it out with an update? You clearly can't be unaware of the numerous forums reporting issues with the SKY Q box including HDR and Audio dropouts since 2021. I researched after 2 months of a new HDR box with no problems of any sort.

    @SkyHelpTeam FROM SKY COMMUNITY FORUM 30 JULY 2022 - So that's the dropout problem that Sky are aware of and are working on a firmware fix. Presumably you have a v3 box? Nothing you can do with different TVs, leads, etc., just wait for the fix from Sky.
