    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    @ThreeUKSupport Both. Mobile signal keeps dropping out and NO connection at or near home. Barely getting 8mbps on the home broadband. Never thought I’d say this but thank goodness for @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp I am not going to make any more calls to sky regarding this issue. I have tried. I've spent hours of my time already. I am disabled and don't need this hassle. Switching was the biggest mistake we made. I am contacting trading standards on Monday.
