    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue has been resolved by email team. However in future it would be helpful if the first person who can't resolve the issue and has to pass me on to someone who can explains my problem beforehand so I don't have to explain everything again 1/2

    @SkyUK had Q box fitted Monday by evening not working 2 very long calls waiting/talking was promised engineer today 8-1 no show today again 2 very long calls with promise of call backs that did not happen..now I'm expected to be here all day sat hoping an engineer will come..
