@SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@ClaretNBlues @SkyHelpTeam Never used to do it....seems to happening more regular..almost every other day....it’s a pain as it then takes about 5 mins to reboot, sometimes longer !

@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@SkyHelpTeam You already told me to put up with service or move on. But here's the thing I did once to (BT) and problems still persisted. And plus I'm opening myself up to entrapment charges if I complain to another company about same problem. Bad advice.

@SkyHelpTeam As you might have seen I had a stream up And running but had to stop it due to my internet not connecting properly. Tell me what I should do,do I wait a hour like in the past ?. Like I said this is a external issue and needs openreach to fix it but my contract is with YOU.
