    Just realised. Here we are paying for SkySports. But there isn’t any ! I’ll be ringing @SkyUK Customer services to have a chat. Money can be saved for my elderly father

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @7hevers @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely useless, blatantly a fault on the box, and I’m paying almost £90 a month for this abysmal service.

    @chaunews @SkyHelpTeam NE22 got the same issues. All lines are closed until 9am. Sky used to be 24 hours service… 2 green lights, one orange - orange is for the internet. The sky site says there’s no problem in my area but I’m guessing from this thread that’s not quite true…
