@SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Sounds like a data center or network exchange has gone down to be this widely impacted. It’s highly likely that sky would have resilience and high availability but typically they get supplied by open reach or similar companies and it’s usually a large exchange/hub for this happen

@BenThompson53 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in Benfleet too. Had intermittent problems since 5pm. Keeps stopping and starting, some things load, some don’t. TV on demand keeps dropping. Rubbish. And no mention of any problems on their website!
