Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

@SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam Done all that online. I already have a Sky Booster from 2 engineer visits. My Booster is currently next to my gaming PC with a antenna on my Tower and still no connection. Rebooted everything. Ongoing issues constantly. Fed up with it. BT blame Sky. Sky blame BT.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes they are wireless speeds as that is what’s important. I can’t have all my devices plugged in. I could be getting 100’s of mb at the router but if my sky supplied router is unable to turn that speed in to a usable wifi signal then it’s no good.

@SkyHelpTeam I went with this company as I was advised that sky were the provider. So disappointed at the lack of customer care - you are happy to put your name all on their material. You are not even prepared to check if there is an issue and see if someone is working on it in this areas.

@SkyUK We returned ours after 7 days, had enough of the poor quality of the picture compared to our Samsung. I didn't like the playlist instead of record was a real pain in the ***. Sky Q is far superior IMO
