Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
