They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
