    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s disappointing, it seems an odd concept to start showing a series in the middle whether under skys control or not . It’s a channel / service accessed thorough sky and is another thing to add to the disappointment sky list.

    @SkyHelpTeam whilst we pay for full package and is unable to be reactivated. This is shocking customer service from sky and hopefully a favourable credit will be applied to our account for this issue only created by sky. 2/2
