    @SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

    @SkyUK Tony, thanks but suspect you’ve not read my post properly. My Vodafone broadband is out, now my mobile 4G with you, SKY MOBILE, is also barely functioning. The link you provided was for phone lines/broadband. I was asking about Sky Mobile issues in my area.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello every few days we have to reset our hub as the WiFi stops working properly, as in our iPhones keep jumping into 5g which is using our data up , but every time on the sky app check my signal after the reset says it’s ok , but doesn’t load before a reset

    @SkyHelpTeam one of the things i forgot to mention was that BT were out the day the cables were broken to secure them in case of danger .... so Sky / BT knew what the problem was from Day 1 .....
