    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    Upgraded to Sky Fibre 37 days ago and STILL having problems where my mini box won’t connect! SIX phone calls later and still don’t have an engineer! @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @Susie05683913 @SkyHelpTeam Stephanie @ Sky - use the app for around 15 seconds on any Windows 10 device and you'll see the issue immediately (try it!). If you even manage to get a connection after the 62 hours of updates pending, the audio ad at the start throws the audio 7-10 seconds out. Embarrassing 🙈

    @Francis16397549 @talkSPORT They’re not terrible at what they do, they do highlight issues with their clubs and I agree there. But they’re hypocritical imo. But because you don’t care about Burnley, doesn’t mean their fans and football fans don’t care. It’s not Man United TV it’s SkySports for football.
