Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

Paid for #SkyGlass TWICE! @SkyUK & @DPDgroup_news deliver to wrong address both times (fraudulently signed for). Sky why should I pay for a THIRD time to resolve this? Why refuse to refund 1st or 2nd payment only credit? 14yrs, VIP customer, 20+ calls & still no resolution!

@SkyHelpTeam Family members landline constantly engaged even though not in use. It was an issue which needed resolved urgently. Spent 43 minutes on hold to speak to someone last night. Live chat would have been more useful instead of the chat assistant!

@SkyHelpTeam are you sure you use O2 masts for your signal? I swapped in late September and the signal was never this bad with O2. 4G barely works anywhere in the ML6 or ML5 areas.
