    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, can you advise please? My Sky channels all have either 'there is a technical fault with this channel' or 'problem with satellite signal' message. Main event however is still working as are Eurosport and terrestrial channels all coming through my Sky Q box

    @SkyUK Help! We recently subscribed and switched our Disney + add to you but now my kids can’t watch Disney on their Smart TV’s where previously they could?I was under the impression that as we’re still paying for Disney + we could continue to watch on any device not just via Sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam why is my Wi-Fi so awful? Have many screen shots of 1 bar and no service at all. Have had to reboot phone 3 times a day. At work it’s perfect???

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing blocking. As soon as it starts to rain or thunder it closes down. Shocking in this day and age. Nothing you can do but someone needs to get Sky signals to be more robust.

    @virginmedia I’m with sky for tv and Bt for internet. I used to have virgin but the customer service was horrible so I left. I’d rather pay a little extra for my services in exchange for excellent customer service that @SkyUK and @bt_uk provide

    @SkyUK eh sky I've got a question for you. Years ago you went digital from analogue so you said the signal wasn't lost whenever it rained or snowed. So why am I sat paying £92 a month with no sky channels cause there's a bit of rain in the sky

    @SkyUK ‘s service right now is shockingly terrible. Keeps stopping and skipping and freezing. Cuts out constantly. 🙄
