    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam I just watched it by casting it to the TV from my phone. Quite why it's available on the android app and not on the app on sky glass and also not saved to my playlist is beyond me. Not really an on demand service is it? That we are all paying quite a lot of money for. 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam The storm yesterday has misaligned our satellite dish and we have had no satellite signal since then. We went through your ridiculous charade of helpline instructions for idiots to end up being given an engineer appointment on 07 January next year.

    @SkyHelpTeam Which link?? I’ve used the link sent to check the settings etc but there were none of the things suggested on the help link. But I don’t know what you mean about a tech team link? I’m at a loss & now quite angry that Sky Mail seems to have just lost my important emails.
