    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    Perhaps because now it’s 8PM the customer helpline department is shut. Terrible service. Awful. Not much point creating a friendly script for your workers if this is the result. I don’t want friendly, I would like effective. Call back please @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband but there is a technical issue and action pending issue with my phone package that stopped the process (and means there is a phone billing issue)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no internet for over 6 hours now and have had disruption to my working day. The sky troubleshooting app says there are no problems but there clearly is. Can you help!?
