  @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting since 3/6 for my replacement hub to arrive, I was told up to 5 business days. I have chased twice now. How long does it take?! I have internet problems & am trying to work from home! Terrible service!

  @SkyUK hey, I am based in nw6 and 1st we can only get a lagging 24mb connection, which is just a joke in 2021 and 2nd we have not had internet since yesterday afternoon. Is sky being serious? Is there any update on the fix?

  @SkyUK @BTSopenreach Everyone is using their broadband for work so your excuse is not good enough i have signed up for @Virgin today and they will install on the 1st July you have lost a TV, Phone, Broadband customer and when my mobiles phone run out of contract you will lose them all cont>>>

  @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach So it's not necessarily a 'Sky' specific problem, I've checked with other providers too and I don't think any could offer faster speeds yet because this area has been left behind. @WeAreOpenreach most likely need to upgrade their infrastructure first!
