    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam Does not listen to customers when you ask for a manager and doesn't take customer complaints seriously at all. There is nothing customers can do to get help at all unless you cancel your account and go to the ombudsman. Customers are treated like they are rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam My sky won't download from sky store had same issue a while ago can it be sorted out the last time some one resent the signal

    @WeAreOpenreach how long is it acceptable to go without a phoneline? Ours has been down since 9th Feb @SkyUK is our provider who are no help

    @SkyHelpTeam can you advise of any broadband issues in the SN14 area? According to the checker I should be receiving 39Mbps but my connection is intermittent at best 🙄

    @berta_pxx @SkyUK I just rung them said I was leaving got it down from £125 a month for all sky TV and broadband down to 85.50 a month all inclusive all sky TV and broadband for 18 months
