    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s saying on the app it’s not a local outage just us, been down since early afternoon, tried restarting and everything is plugged in correctly, just the green power and WiFi buttons showing other 2 lights are a very dim green/off Thanks
