    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam free till August this year but I check my future bills this morning to find out im being charged for HD channels from March onwards which is 8 pound a month I never asked for the HD channels I assumed the would've come in with the ultra HD package so once again sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm highly disappointed as a platinum vip customer we put the ultra HD channels on yesterday as it said it was free for 2 months then 4 pound for 8 months I checked my bill and this wasn't the case so I phoned up to question it and I was told it would be free till

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my sim randomly stopped working overnight, I’ve tested my sim in a different phone and it’s not working. I’ve tried to order a new one on the website but not had an email or anything come through confirming it? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam No nothing like that. Sometimes it says network error when I check. But usually that’s all ok. It was fine for a couple of months then started again

    @SkyHelpTeam @W88XJC That's problem with commission rewarded cancellation. Teams no one wants to take ownership.this should be passed to a manager who resolves issue but disciplines person who failed to do job.

    @mikeinmcr @SkyHelpTeam Stream is pretty decent and is getting better, but an internet-based service will never be quite as snappy as a satellite signal unfortunately. I do tech support for Sky these days so I can give you a very honest answer haha
