    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyUK With sky glass been Internet dependent, would not reccomend if on SKY Internet. My net was either down, coming on and off or extremely slow during the Xmas period and still is now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I like many others am still getting failed download this needs to be sorted ASAP as pay a lot for a service we are not able to access compensation for lost services would be a minimum expected!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, I’ve been told “next week” for 3 weeks. I need someone to follow this up please. I’m calculating the missed apps + days without service at over £150 compensation. Can someone please contact me today with an actual update as this is beyond a joke. Or cancel my contract.

    @SkySports Banned the year. This is not football. It is covidball. Cancelled the year and let start over after a solution is put on the table for the health and safety for all. The wholeshits of playing half football and half covidball is messed up

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry to say but I think I’ll be leaving when I can get hold of someone. BT sent a 4g hub out next day when there internet was down. Don’t think it will wash with my boss when say I can’t work from home for 5 working days.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, I've reopened the claim but suspect it'll get nowhere, again. I shouldn't have resort to a public domain such as twitter to Shame Sky into a response. I can provide the complaint number that got closed for no reason for someone to look into properly and not just close.
