    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam That visit was cancelled, because the broadband came back on, like it always does with an INTERMITTENT fault!!!!!!!! Sick of waiting for 'engineers' who come into the house and say there's nothing wrong with it!!!!!! Your service is absolute dogs mess.

    @SkyHelpTeam After hours on the phone a openreach engineer is coming out Monday hopefully to fix it !! So only 7 days with out broadband !!! Shambolic service

    @SkySports @sky everyone looks like sky are making all the football reporter's having to reapply for there jobs. Cutting wage bills and TV shows but not the subscription prices. Maybe time to cancel and support the staff and not the share holders.
