@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@SkyHelpTeam I would access your website if I could but given I have no wifi and the 4G is so poor I cannot access it!!!!!!!!!!!!! So can you tell me what the issue is and when it will be resolved!! Loads of people are telling you they have the same issue so surely you are “aware”!
