    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports Shocking decision. A clear red every single day of the week. Irrespective whether it’s accidental or not. A high boot making contact with someone’s face is a red card. Poor officiating as per usual. The guy needs re-educating and training.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes was over the phone my lovely , I wasn’t sure if I was to hang on and I got too carried away after saying by I ended the call! I did tweet previously and they said I would have an email, but I’ve got nothing! If you want to pm me I can send you my details

    @btsport why do I pay you £25 a month for you sports pass when all it does is buffer, don't have this problem with my @SkySports 🖕🖕🖕

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I cancel sky broadband? I’ve been on just 1 week and it’s awful. Never thought I’d say this but I’ll go back to BT! Can’t afford to have cra* broadband and Wi-fi in the current climate. I run a business from home so need better service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been trying for weeks to contact you regarding my internet connection. It’s glitchy, slow and frustrating. I’ve tried the online help and I’ve tried to call to be told it’s an hour wait on the phone or I get cut off! #frustrated
