@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, i have just switched from EE and activated my sky sim this morning. My signal wasn't great with EE hence switching so i wanted to try out another network...but its been barely existent the past 2 hours since i activated it

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having constant problems with connectivity why is it so difficult with the sky Q Internet hub specially with disappearing IP addresses please release a #firmware to fix major bugs even echo devices don’t work properly with it my #sleepsensor DNS fix too
