    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. Is there a problem with live pause on 104/204 and 105/205. I've rebooted the box twice. Reluctant to rebuild as i have lots on my planner for husband who is in hospital. It also forced me to enter my pin today to watch 104/204?

    @SkyHelpTeam So you expect customers to continue to pay for a service yet when that service is not working for a prolonged period of time you don’t feel the needed to offer compensation for that break in contract? Looks like @virginmedia might be the next move!!

    @SkyHelpTeam wait four months for my internet to be put in and within the first two weeks internet is off and had to book an engineer to fix a problem? Unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam I complain not receiving BET since 2019 had over 10 visits from engineer still couldnt fix the problem, 7 months ago went and got sky q which was fitted in correctly and i wasn’t receiving again bet and now over 6 channels, this was all upheld and was offer £160 has good will
