    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam this has got to be the worst internet going the last week or so has been terrible constantly buffering. Since july 2019 when we moved house the internet has been so poor nobody can use it
