@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@SkyUK Disappointing customer service from Sky VIP. After winning tickets to a drive in movie (held by Sky), my wife & I turned up after a 40 minute drive to find the place in darkness. Sky customer services response? "It's a free event, there's nothing we can do". Not impressed.

@SkyUK @SkyCorporate are absolutely rip off. Im disappointed in your customer sevice team. I called to try and get my internet fixed (only way engineer suggest was to change router) but the call handler try to make me buy more things. And was not letting me talk go the manager.
