    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    Sort your sky sports + out. It keeps freezing and then went back from 50 minutes to 37 and then I missed a goal. Not happy I'm paying for this crap @SkySports

    @SkyUK so many problems since switching to fibre 3 weeks ago. More time not working, than working. Can’t get through to anyone to speak to and your online support is dreadful. So disappointing, would not recommend to anyone

    @SkySports @SkyFootball you’re so ridiculous you have to include @ManUtd in everything you do for the click cos we are the biggest fan base in the world. Have never heard Top 14 till now. Why not Top 5 or Top 10 but no cos it’s won’t include man Utd

    @SkyUK 11 days without broadband. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
