    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Also if you’re not sure and I quote “why u feel like that” then you shouldn’t be in customer service. If we hadn’t called the last 3 times we would have been £300 out of pocket and none of it our fault, so not sure why you can’t grasp our anger.

    @SkyHelpTeam Open Reach came out today & my line works fine up to the router, so the problem is the router. I have spent 1 hour 20 on the phone to Sky only to be told they can’t send a new router until an engineer comes out so another OR engineer is booked for tomorrow. This is ridiculous! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re just repeating what was said when we called. So explain why the email said WE had cancelled Spotify? However that’s not the issue, the issue is all the mistakes you have made since we moved n the last month. You have threatened us with a £200 bill because we cancelled
