    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports Plenty of opportunities to override the official , to concede the next hole even concede a putt from distance to make things right - nothing we could do as down to rules official isn’t what matchplay is about - #twobob

    @MikeOxm44874882 @mrjlockey95 @SkyUK Every company does this. I'm with Virgin and pay 29 a month for 350mbs and 3 WiFi boosters. Also got 3 months free at the start. Customer service isn't great but the speeds are and I couldn't find any other provider with those speeds at that price.

    Not one apology from @SkyUK for the poor service I've received over the last months, yet they're still happy to take my money each month. To top it off, they now put my bill up each month. Are they willing to help after such a poor 6 months. Are they hell. Nobody was interested

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes a broadband engineer came to fit my new fibre box in the house and on doing this he came across a problem which is linked to the outside telephone pole which was wired up last week by a separate engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, can you elaborate on the Sky Glass issues today? I had to reset my Sky Stream puck and it can't download the update so I keep getting an error. Is this the known issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but they said it will take time. Sky engineer told me yesterday that its a priority and no less than 24 hours for them to fix it. I took a day off work to get this done yesterday and still not corrected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just did that. Not willing to help at all. I'll leave at the end of my contract and go elsewhere. I've been with you 12 years. Clearly loyalty means nothing
