@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkyHelpTeam That is not an update, that's just repeating the message over and over, we need clarity on what the issue actually is and when it's going to be resolved. A lot of us CUSTOMERS work from home and need Internet, we need to know if we'll be able to work tomorrow...

@icecreammartin @SkyHelpTeam Same in our bit of Yorkshire (near Settle in North Yorkshire). Service status indicator suggests all is fine. The lack of broadband suggests otherwise…
