    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been 9ver this with your team like a million times over the past few months. All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

    @SkyHelpTeam Just beyond a joke. Either slow or just randomly drops connection - be nice for someone to actually instal fibre. If I didn’t have data I wouldn’t be able to access a forum, it’s not really good enough is it? Definitely need to change 💩

    @SkyHelpTeam satellite not connected SK23 - First said no internet but there is . Now not connecting to q box. BOX in corner says no satelite connection. Help page reports outages - but tv says no know peoblems -please advise ( have tried re booting x 3) thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Laura, I have tried that but the connection test function doesn’t seem to work. Every time I click to test it, it redirects me to the Homepage. Other users in Cardiff have reported issues all week!

    When you pay £40+ a month to @SkyUK for your internet to go down at least once a day for the past month, 2 weeks with no internet at all, and when you call be told 'nope, no problems at our end' Makes working from home and being self employed not fun.
