    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is @canva blocked by Sky Shield? It's a legitimate service, and by being blocking it disrupts graphics design work for Sky users. I'm not the primary account holder, so I can't manually unblock it from my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam This was sky q, I know what I’m talking about. Even though you don’t let people sell them, they still do. I have bought one and set it up and had no problem, so just wondering why you have to pay £50. If you can’t help can’t you pont me in right direction #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. The app is telling me 70mbps but you can feel and see that it is visibly slow. The app is saying there are no local issues.

    I think I may have just experienced the rudest customer service from @SkyUK in which the lady repeatedly talked over me and then slammed the phone down on me....all after waiting 40 mins to even get thru...WOW #ContractCancelled

    @SkySports @EddieHearn He’s such a good promoter. I definitely respect his gift of the gab. However I will never respect the mandatory defense rulings. Means fans don’t get to see the fights they really want to see. And that for me is poor entertainment

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam any chance you can stop slowing down my broadband? I know what the trick it, to make me upgrade to a 'faster service'. What I'll do instead is find a better provider.
