    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam yes I agreed a new deal which included switching broadband and phone over to sky and I was given a provisional date of 10th July, I heard nothing since and with working from home concerned going to end up in limbo with no Internet service

    @Matthew36275711 @NUFC360 @SkySports No need for the drawing board, I said back in January Ektike and his agent were mugging us off and what do we do we go back in for him again and waste so much time. He never wanted to come or else he would have been here in Jan.
