@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkyHelpTeam What link? I have SKY Q. I read that you were doing lots of updates because SKY Glass is having issues but since you have been doing that my tv is messing up! Leave my box alone, I pay you enough money already without technical faults happening because your IT folk are doing work
