    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam Been down since last night for me and my family it’s a joke should notice this problem before hand because people have had to lose a days wage because of it compensation or just a should of your shoulders

    @SkyHelpTeam Do I need to report that my Internet is down? Just in case it goes over 2 days? Can't find anywhere online saying how to do so, only that to be eligible for the compensation you need to report faults... its a known fault so not sure
