    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam we have sky glass - you’re sending us a new remote. BUT how do we watch progs on streaming? We can locate them, but not ‘enter’ or watch or play. It has to be via voice command. #help #skyglass

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not letting me PM you. What I will say though is that I've factory reset the box on a number of occasions and that hasn't done anything to improve the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam - please don't subscribe to sky broadband. Their broadband promised speed is not provided and when you complain they don't provide resolution and instead say the speed is proper. There is no compensation provided for reduced service of complaints period. #skyisfraud

    @SkyHelpTeam Well then it’s clear to me that your tech teams need more training and compassion. Absolutely diabolical customer service. You should explain to your customers that the engineers might come if they can be bothered if not you will have to stay in until they do 😡😡😡
