    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having problems with my mobile everytime I try and call out it says I've dialed an incorrect number and everytime someone calls me it says "the mobile number does not exist" tried re-starting phone etc but nothing is working

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m actually due a call back from sky, regarding my data issues. So I didn’t think twice about this phone call. I’ll be calling sky just to double check I’ve not been scammed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just subscribed to @PremSportsTV and was under the impression that the app was available on Sky Glass but it isn’t. Any help would be appreciated.
