@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@ColinClock @SkySportsPL @SkySports Clearly not if we use the tech and it says offside then it’s offside. My biggest issue when it’s that close is that the exact millisecond the ball was played. If it’s a fraction before he’s on. A fraction after he’s a foot off.

@SkyHelpTeam constantly having to restart my router, q boxes. Always problems. Had a network engineer round a few weeks ago, all worked fine for a few days. It’s been a year now. I’d like to go back to the reliable old sky+ boxes. How can we make this happen

@SkySportsPL @SkySports What confuses me the most about this is that he clearly wins the ball first, studs down, the player is fine, get ******** on with it. Yellow was fair in the specific situation. If at all.

Why aren't things downloading as normal on SkyQ? I have to manually start downloads after I've clicked "select to watch" and queued programs stay queued until I click "start download". It's annoying. Same problem on main box and multiroom box. No network issues. @SkyHelpTeam
