@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@SkyHelpTeam Rang Sky after going round in circles with their troubleshooting - they couldn’t identify a problem their end. I advised I know a couple of others with the same issue. They said they aren’t aware of any problems in the area. Offered me a Sky engineer next Wednesday!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison, if I remember correctly a few minutes of music and then silence. No worries though, I’ll have to try another day. Problem is that I need to decide to either cancel or renew & this is holding me up. My contract finished last year.
