@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to someone who said they have set another callback for Monday..... 110% it will not happen!! And to get to speak to a manager I would have to wait for a callback 24-72hrs. Very poor yet again to say the least! Why can’t someone arrange for a manager to ring straight back?!

@SkyHelpTeam No.. I may get asked to go through another round of sim resets which suggests they didnt get the problem again,or if I'm lucky case has skipped to the specialist team. (But they couldn't solve back in August). If this is a corporate/contractual issue I'm not sure ill be updated
