    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    Rather bemused by @SkySports showing the worst possible angles for catches behind the wicket. Not sure whether it is a drone or a fixed camera square of the wicket. Just show it from in line with the pitch.

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @swfc Absolute joke 😠 I'd never buy @SkySports or any Sky products. Absolutely ruining football. No thought for the fans whatsoever. First home game under new ownership would have been an amazing Saturday. Thursday night is not the same. Can't believe they've taken that from us
