    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tried again. Today the customer service assistant ploughed through as before despite my explanation of the problem. Then of course the system wouldn’t let him upgrade. Another wasted 35 minutes. If it’s not sorted today I will find another provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes they go off completely, then red and orange. But even when they turn green again the connection is too slow to do anything and drops again. I’ve ran the tests numerous times and switched off and re-connected the router too

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I raised a compliant last week and was told by an advisor on Friday that somebody would be calling me Monday 5th regarding it. No phone call received yesterday - why? The customer service I’ve received from Sky has been absolutely appalling

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there,we moved house end of May & when your engr came to install tv/WiFi, he left us a signal booster. We’re in a 3 storey house but even with signal booster on middle floor, connection on top floor still really poor. Is there anything we can do to improve? 1/2
