    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Track it, Get it installed, it works for 12 hours then it fails and continues to fail! You are told it cant be fixed without an Engineer who will be with you WEDNESDAY. I wouldn't track it, I would cancel it while you can! I have even tried to tweet these guys but no response!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had it on record overnight to watch PAK v ENG today, but have lost most of the afternoon session and 3 wickets because the signal was so poor that it is all pixelated, as in previous pic, or frozen, with the banner "temporary loss of signal" keeping appearing.

    @SkyUK returned our Sky equipment as asked (tracking demonstrates has been received) and still got charged £50. Waited on hold for half an hour without speaking to anyone before giving up. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

    @SkyHelpTeam I still am struggling just to be able to make basic phone calls to people and services located within the same area, why is it so awful? Why am I paying so much a month for a phone I cant use if there is a sprinkling of snow or a drizzle of rain?

    Five days after ordering something from Sky (@SkyHelpTeam), #DPD still haven’t delivered it. Every day I wait in until they tell me there’s an ‘unexpected issue’ and it’ll be delivered the next day. DPD are impossible to contact too
