    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyUK For a start this is so arrogant and greedy it's instantly off putting. Also the main Sky attraction, sky sports, is actually worse? Picture this.. you're watching the football, it's a final, you hear next door cheer but because it's streamed you don't live in the moment. Wtf sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and I have that in spades as I’ve apparently got super duper FTTP etc but the issue is sky & BT not working together!! Sky Q falls off the Wi-Fi at least twice a week if not more!!

    @RhyL34 @SkyUK Exactly, and that's why I have a 12 terabyte HDD loaded with content. (Backed up twice!) So if I want to watch an episode of Minder, or Z Cars, any one of over 3,000 movies, I don't have to rely on the internet not going down in a storm!
