    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @virginmedia been trying to get through all day today and you just disconnect calls. Have now got into your phone system and have been listening to some awful music for 37 mins so far.... will my call actually get answered?????????????? perhaps I will just call @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had total loss of broadband and phone-line since 8:30am this morning. I’m a critical worker, working from home & cannot access my WiFi. I missed a DRs appt this morning as phone line is down. Your team said engineer visit can take 3-5 working days #outrageous

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep a sky fibre broadband customer. Hence you being first. Obviously BT/Openreach supply the feed and you piggy back in their network using local Loop Unbundling.
