    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkyUK Oh and you want £85 now, renew contract for £71....or be a new customer and get the same for £48.50! VIP Platinum customer ! Total rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok, but how can it be "local" when the fibre for all providers here goes into the same box, which I can see from my window. None of the other people around here on Vodafone, Plusnet, BT, TalkTalk has their internet down. Why just Sky?

    @SkyUK broadband down in NR18, tried all of your steps and procedures, can you give an estimate of when things will be up and running again, unable to work.

    @SkySports What is a matter with you people, 4th in the best league in the world, winners of their champions cup table and you are still saying there are major problems, I would agree but I would say that the major problems are the crap media that make up the rubbish.
