    @SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

    @SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been informed its an outage with your app stating it'll be fixed in a couple of hours (since thursday) and @OpenreachHelp are dealing with it. As you are not able to provide a service or update when it will be resolved where do we stand with our BB contract?

    @SkyHelpTeam There is a fault and a engineer is coming tomorrow. However on my account it covers engineer costs yet I'm being charged. Also nothing to help me with my 2 days of no work. Potentially half of tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam The reason my account broke, and I worked it out for myself is I reset the password using chromes auto-suggested password. This then meant I could never log in again

    @Heightzz1 @Pete_Js @SkySports Think your argument is totally flawed. Kepa was crap today and mendy was excellent. If it wasn't for mendy chelsea wouldn't have even got to penalties. I support LFC and think mendy should have stayed on. It's hard to think he wouldn't have saved at least one

    @OpenreachHelp My broadband router was installed a while ago but too low & needs to be moved so I can fit a fridge freezer. and been stalled without reason. It is a simple £65 job from @SkyUK I am told the service is currently unavailable. If so Why? When can it be done? Thanks.
