@SkySports What a total fail tonight. Sky Q is a horrible service, order UFC 246 and wake up to watch in bed only to find my Sky Q box in the bedroom won't connect. My kitchen Sky Q hasn't worked in over a month, have called customer service. Out with my Sky and soon

@SkyMobileTV @SkyUK coverage issue.spoke to various managers.Recorded conversations confirming my contract can be cancelled with a device refund.Then phone is sent back to me saying i can’t have a refund and it can’t be cancelled.Very unprofessional.Act quickly! @BBCWatchdog

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam On demand was basically unwatchable as it always froze. I was forever getting technical errors or lost network and rebooting etc Then that Sky engineer turned off a setting on each box that made it all work smoothly. Simple as that. Don’t know exactly what setting he turned off

@nataliesawyer @Drewmeister1980 @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like the LNB needs changing which is the box at the end of the dish that processes the signal. An engineer would be able to change that on a service call

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Same here. Looks like the weather caused it. Some channels ok but most froze for a couple of days. Just unplugged at mains then put back on to reset and not had any issues since.

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam My satellite signal went halfway through the Croatia game. Engineer due out on July 2nd. Signal came back two days later, cancelled engineer. Signal goes an hour later. Now waiting for the 8th July to get it fixed. £90 a month to watch the Euros on an iPad. 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve logged a complaint and the complaint guy on Saturday morning said try calling the retention/cancellation dept, which I did and they assured me it’d be sorted Saturday pm, this is beyond a joke now. So much for being a Platinum customer.
