@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SkyHelpTeam so frustrating. Sky app was working fine, and now its suddenly signed me put and wont accept my login details. So frustrating as cant get through to anyone. Plus no sky in northants!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I've done all this email after email and then get a call with the broadband technical team for them to send me a TV engineer complain again to be told the issue is resolved well clearly it isn't how can a TV engineer fix a broadband issue and the answer is to give me £8 comp wtf
