    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @SkyUK hello. I have an engineer booked today. I want to cancel this. I go onto mysky app and it says I cannot cancel it and have to call this number: 03337592621. When I call that number it is an automated service which sends you back to cancelling online. It is a silly loop.

    @SkyUK yet again every time the clock goes 12 midnight the broadband goes off, everytime i phone 'oh its working now there was no reported issues' which isn't helpful at all as there is an issue obviously !!!

    @BradOwl @no1brede @SkySports Whilst I agree with you regarding the shopping, and sure the clubs can control the fans in the stadium, the problem is when they leave all together, no social distancing. If infection rate is high all social gatherings in large numbers should be put on hold.
