Will it be totally fixed by Monday? I work from home and need to take customer calls!!! I have had to take today off as holiday due to this issue. Very dissatisfied.

Have tried phoning and keep getting over 1/2 hour wait to speak to someone. Awful service. Can someone please answer me and contact me
