    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @SkyHelpTeam so frustrating. Sky app was working fine, and now its suddenly signed me put and wont accept my login details. So frustrating as cant get through to anyone. Plus no sky in northants!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @BrettAngellsle1 @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just got off a 1.5hr call for them to say they still can’t help but offered me £2 off my SIM card bill for 3 months I’m cancelling but contacting ofcom and CISAS tomorrow to ensure I do it without penalty and to pursue compensation

    1 hour & 18 minutes on to @SkyUK just to change my address and sort out Sky Glass. Passed around 7 different departments and can barely understand what anyone is saying. Worst customer service ever….. 0 out of 10. 👍🏼
