    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    My satellite signal has gone off so I can’t watch my telly glad I have @SkyHelpTeam as I can still watch on catch up. The Engineer is coming on the 31st but either comes on before then are you guy I spoke to on Sky Josh was very kind and understanding

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone please contact me. My internet is working but regularly drops connection during the day. I am on your fast broadband - had issues with this when first set up last year and with 2 kids at home homeschooling this is so important at this time....

    @SkyUK I've been having issues with my broadband today I call up to get it fixed. They do line test say my box is faulty and it will cost £50 And also inform me I'm out of contract apparently. Good to know I've been out of contract and your still taking my money

    @SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

    @SkyUK Hi. My internet/WiFi is diabolical. It keeps reconnecting. I note it is a major issue with Sky. Will it be totally fixed by Monday? I work from home and need to take customer calls!!! I have had to take today off as holiday due to this issue. Very dissatisfied.

    @SkyUK Tried to cancel last week but got talked into a new deal, phoned today - well within the cooling off period, but I couldn’t cancel (clearly not smart enough) so I’ve somehow arranged an engineer appointment for an update I didn’t want, I’m genuinely crying at the moment 😢

    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam I have booked an engineer through your website due to my internet dropping at home. This was booked on 18th January - it is still showing as in progress. Can someone please advise me where/what I should do now to raise a complaint ?

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

When our hard working nurses have to choose between feeding their kids or heating homes then it's clear there are problems. A simple search of the increase in nos of people using food banks over the last 12 yrs is proof of this.

    @MarcasMhicCanna @libs7350 @SkySports My “mammy” was a single mum on a council estate and she managed fine. I have never needed two jobs and never will and my kids do fine. You’re spoon fed just as much lies as me. If you can’t afford to feed your kids don’t have them then claim poverty.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi -I’ve been having broadband issues since Sunday, across all devices. Other people on my street started having issues at the same time. Some of them are also on SKY. Some are on plus net. I’ve called SKY but just get the reboot the router, check the green lights...
