Physical media in video still has a place. HMV was just too expensive. Don't get me wrong Amazon, Netflix, Sky Store and Rakuten haven't helped but HMV didn't help itself either.

We watch most of our tv at the weekends but thanks to your useless service, there is always an issue and now for more than an month, no internet and tv whatsoever!
