@SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

@SkyHelpTeam sky go app through ps5 is shocking. Not been updated in years. The picture quality is awful, not even in HD I don’t think. It was much better quality on my previous Xbox one. Please help me run my channels in at least HD. In fact UHD or 4K should be minimum on ps5
