    @SkyUK wondering if you can help me.... on my bill it says sky entertainment has been cancelled and I haven’t even cancelled it? I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just wondering as never get anything new but prices keep going up. One thing I find is the volume is always so low on it and looked it up and seems to be common with the sky+ boxes

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks

    @SkyUK Thanks. This was advised by the advisor I was speaking with last year. I cannot remember exact wording but I was told to help boost your signal via satellite, they offer TV as well (and I went for it as I trusted your advisor) but went for basic TV as I don't use it.
