    Seems @skytv are just taking random amounts from my bank now. I'm paying almost the same this month as normal despite them not supposed to be charging for @SkySports Time to cancel it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Team, according to your website you are welcome to call the call centre if one has problems accessing your services. I called. Answered ‘No’ in relation to your filter question on key workers etc., and then cut off. I thought you should call as I don’t see-

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been disconnecting for about a week now. Currently has been down for 20 minutes, every time I get the self heal pop up which is not resolving the issue. Reliable internet access is a must for many of us in quarantine, please sort it out. #poorservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Thankyou, in the last few weeks there is virtually no reception if you are more than about 10 feet away from the router. I have tried resetting. Or moving the router nothing helps. Why is this. Before I upgraded you could receive the signal all over the house
