@SkyUK A disgrace of a company!! Wanting my 75yr old mother, just out of hospital after 4 weeks to go a month without tv as they can’t get an engineer out before the end of Sept! Happy enough to hike her bill every year for the 10 years she’s been a customer! #thievingbastards

@SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

@SkyHelpTeam Well part of the terms is that if we don't get the service provided on the contract we get a refund for the amount of time we've had the issue. Surley you can log a job with the team if you DM me and I give you the account number. I'm being put in a queue for 30mins, again!

@SkyUK Sky broadband is just utter rubbish well the FTTP side of things. How can FTTC with a copper line be better than SKY FTTP. I ring up tell them my problem oh everything looks okay. I'm done with this rubbish

@SkyHelpTeam I've just sent a PM. I've tried calling support and it's too busy. My Sky Q box keeps connecting and disconnecting from network. I've tried direct, via a booster and LAN. Same issue. Suspect hardware issue.
