Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

And of course, it's got to be a big outage, 24 continuous hours, before @SkyHelpTeam even think about any compensation for loss/inability to provide a paid for service. Sharp to chase you for their money if they are due some though, no 24 hour grace there...
