    @SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott thanks very much for this info. I went through this with your colleague and he spoke to my daughter and asked what benefits she was on. I then spoke to him again and he was adamant that hes never seen this. And only offered BB at 11mbs

    @SkyHelpTeam I believe it is a very widespread problem according to many many threads on your own community platform. I have followed all the options I have read but I'm happy to try other ones if you have them? Sounds fine for 90% of recording then just starts cutting it for short periods

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, done a hard reset of the glass tv and still black screen. It is a common issue - you only need to search for it on here never mind over the forums?

    Spent easily half an hour wandering the menu system trying to reach a human at @SkyHelpTeam DMd the social media team in the hope they can help We won’t be renewing any Sky products until they make it easier to use customer support again (it used to be excellent)
