@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

@SkyUK A disgrace of a company!! Wanting my 75yr old mother, just out of hospital after 4 weeks to go a month without tv as they can’t get an engineer out before the end of Sept! Happy enough to hike her bill every year for the 10 years she’s been a customer! #thievingbastards

@SkySports Got no problem at all with the result today as @RangersFC got it wrong from start to finish. Mr Andy Walker should never be allowed to Co commentate on another old firm match. The most biased I have ever heard. Either a neutral or one from each side is needed

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@SkyHelpTeam For the 4th day in a row our sky q box has cut out with a blue screen saying "no satellite signal". After rebooting the box every day it works but shouldn't be having to do this every day. Paying good money for a poor service

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you to the engineer that came to our house this morning and sorted our TV problem. It turned out to be a faulty box. Which is apparently quite common.

@virginmedia perhaps you need @SkySports help? Their website says it's a 'wholesale error.' Not sure about wholesale - we certainly didn't buy in bulk for any discount. No hurry though. Only missed the first twenty minutes and a goal so far. Only paying you to listen on radio.

@SkyHelpTeam there is clearly a large outage in north / east London given the amount of tweets. Maybe it’s time to launch a wider investigation. aAs it stands I have no internet connection, I’m not able to work & an engineer isn’t coming until Friday... outrageous
