@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK When are you going to fix the "known problem" with the Sky Puck not connecting to WiFi when it powers off, even though its set to not disconnect to WiFi or go into standby. I was told the update was imminent 3 weeks ago. Really getting fed up with this now
