@SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@SkyHelpTeam That the problem is being looked at but no time frame. Lots of people with the same issue in SM1 are being told different things. There's clearly a wider problem but apart from the Sky person the open reach engineer called when he was at my house, nobody at Sky accepts that.

@SkyHelpTeam I've already phoned multiple times. Have been told the problem is being looked at but no updates on when anything will be done. Spent almost two hours on the phone on Tues trying 2 get updates. Nobody seems to know what is going on.
