    @SkyUK Possibly quitting you today after 25 years. Your failure to deal with my problems are just not good enough. My Sky Go doesn't work, as a bus driver, I need this, but you keep putting up obstacles. Contact me or live chat or I go elsewhere and you can take the boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t wait till my contract is up. It’s 2020, console connected to router via Ethernet (fibre) and yet continuous lagging. Had better internet service through virgin 10 years ago mate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that. Spoke to support, followed their advice disconnecting give hub and other devices, makes no difference.

    @virginmedia what kind of service is this. All you guys have been doing is cause a lot of issues. Still not had the complaints team coming back to me regarding this. Tempted to just cancel and go to @SkyUK. Three years and nothing but problems. Calvin for money gone worse

    @SkyHelpTeam We referred them via the friend scheme and it hasn’t been properly actioned, unfortunately after 3 attempts and assurances that everything has been documented on their file and an upgrade which was supposed to be actioned twice as an apology, they still have no resolution

    @itsavs00 @SkyUK I have the exact same issues. Spent 20 mins arguing with a “specialist” who insisted it was my equipment which was working perfectly well up until 11:30 this morning then constantly dropping and now a crap speed of 1.4 mbs at best when it should be minimum 29. Engineer tomorrow

    @SkyHelpTeam Tests tell me everything is fine. This is the issue when I have wifi everything comes back ok. When I net knocks out I can't run the test

    @SkyHelpTeam That was another wasted 30 minutes. Automated response to tell me there is a problem with my broadband. 30 minute wait to speak to someone??? Wasted a day on this . Engineer that can’t fix it till the pandemic ends ????? What am I paying for?????

    @SkySports what is the point of VAR when you give a goal where Jesus is clearly part of play and clearly offside, refs like John moss need to be made accountable for poor decisions and if VAr cannot clear up offside why are we even bothering using it

    @SkySports are the worst in the world. Kris Boyd for a Celtic game. Their finger is totally off the pulse. Either that or they are completely sticking the boot in. Probably the latter.
