Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

@SkyUK I want the satellite dish removed from my house ASAP. You erected this 20 years ago knowing that those trees would affect the signal eventually. Bad advice. I am not paying for it, you are. I want this gone as you made me quit.

@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@virginmedia your customer service is atrocious. Been on the phone to Ismail (very rude) and Nathan who are no use, not listening to the customer. I’m now without a TV for a week. How can a large company be so poor to their customer. Leaving in the new year! @SkyUK?
