I’ve not called in a very long time and I’m getting a £24 cancelling fee. I never gave anyone in sky to cancel this?

The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.
