Sky Issues Reports Near Cumbernauld, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cumbernauld and nearby locations:

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @HughesStephrn @ryan011586 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports We have two options. Maximise revenues and hope enough overpay out of a sense of wanting to help the club. Price things fairly and see the club massively downsize and a lot of employees lose their jobs and good players be sold. Neither option is good.

  • HughesStephrn Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @Hughes_Lives_On @ryan011586 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Another solution I don’t think too many people would be unhappy with. That would provide the club with the money they need for this season and would be fairer to supporters.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam I’d appreciate it if I didn’t have to locate anymore details myself as what I have found has been unhelpful hence contacting by Twitter now. I would like you to send me the email or telephone number please. There are real issues with our internet. Thinking of cancelling.

  • charlenemcg Mrs Broony (@charlenemcg) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

    Please help @SkyHelpTeam

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I'm not happy about it but understand why we are going down this route and have renewed to a. Keep my seat and b. Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @AnnmarieColvan @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Yeah it sucks. Guess you need to decide whether keeping that seat is worth the money or not. I feel your pain as ive two tickets to pay for as well.

  • RossLogan_89 Ross Logan (@RossLogan_89) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @thomoboy30 @SkySports Started on the coronas early the day stupid arse aye

  • HughesStephrn Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @gasreggal @liviman71 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports The problem with that Angela is how many people can easily afford... the vast majority of people with season books make sacrifices for it. The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

  • Kevod1967 Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

    @HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I never thought i was arguing with anyone to be honest.

  • KeeganLost Andrew Keegan (@KeeganLost) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam boy our internet is so bad that it took me literally six minutes to tweet this!

  • n30hrg Chloe (@n30hrg) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still a customer I don’t need 3 phonecalls a day

  • StevieBev Stevie Beveridge 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🐝 (@StevieBev) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

    @Simmy1876 😂😂😂😂😂 I cant even watch Skysports News now, blown way out of proportion, never has their been more equality in this country!!

  • CraigCorse Craig Corse (@CraigCorse) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, please explain how I can go online to fix a non-existent broadband connection, without any opportunity to speak to an operator. Think that one though...

    @SkyHelpTeam the amount of times my sky broadband WiFi and sky q mini boxes go down and have problems finding connectivity with the sky q box /network problems etc is ludicrous lately! Nothing but issues since the last engineer came out! Not a happy sky customer!

  • shaney1982 Shane Byrne (@shaney1982) reported

    @tommyjr89 @DanielleEnonche @SkySports Apparently though playing a major tournement every summer is going to a improve the game b help players not burn out....

  • SGCRF450 Si (@SGCRF450) reported

    @69stagman69 @SkySports Back to form tonight. Kane doing absolutely nothing yet he takes of Grealish. Constantly playing the ball backwards dull dull dull and poor use of personnel. Not just the final, the whole package is not anywhere near its potential.

  • Martin37951468 Martin (@Martin37951468) reported

    @joe_rockabilly @SkySports ****** terrible...he's ****** useless

  • mrgarethbrooks gareth brooks. (@mrgarethbrooks) reported

    Just realised I should’ve been tweeting @SkyHelpTeam. **** sake.

  • TheDeviantDev The Deviant Developer Podcast (@TheDeviantDev) reported

    @BBCSport @SkySports Kneeling is a gesture of hate towards democracy, white people and capitalism. Never kneel - allow your moral conscience to resist the tyranny of Marxism. #NeverKneel

  • _bnicholls Ben Nicholls (@_bnicholls) reported

    @SkyHelpTeam @SergeBiscuits So what does it take for Sky to at least acknowledge on their outages page that you and your colleagues have been pushing all day with even a “we’ve identified the problem” instead of “there’s a problem”
