@SkyHelpTeam Well that seems like a cop out. I pay Sky for my service. It literally just went off 15 mins ago. When Sky came put to install they only connected the cable from the wall socket to the Q box.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky installed yesterday. Unable to access any on demand content which is paid for & was an issue when engineer was here. Told to wait 4hrs then call. 24hrs later still no access & being told just have to wait an indeterminate length of time for access. Not happy

Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam a service failure of at least 24 DAYS is being treated the same as a service failure of 24 HOURS - do you not see a fundamental problem with this in terms of customer service? This is a different level of issue to a simple short-term glitch. You should be escalating this!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm disgusted by your customer services. I ask to speak to a manager, I get fobbed off. Then call cut off. Ring again, explain my situation then out on hold forever. Now I'd like to speak to a manager as my problem is delicate and needs dealing with properly!

@SkyHelpTeam and nothing you've said explains why I was asked 6 times rather than just once. The inability of the Help Team to communicate with the Brd Band team or for either to proactively reach out to me rather than relying on me to constantly chase you is a pretty shocking indictment
