    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    Best decision made this year is getting rid of @SkyUK broandband. Failed to deliver far too often of promised speeds and rotten support to back it up.

    Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

    Avoid @SkyUK at all costs. 3 months without service due to their incompetence. Another engineer not bothered to turn up today so it’s 3 months without service and the next appointment is another month 🤬🤬🤬 AVOID AVOID AVOID SKY TV

    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

    Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

    @SkyHelpTeam same thing it always says. that everything is fine. problem is, it isn't. i have issues with my wifi AND mobile signal ... phone can say it has 4g but still fail to load. i have had a replacement sim already. and on an S22 Ultra, i shouldn't have any issues with speeds

    @rentals_cannes @SkyHelpTeam You're the one that runs a business on a domestic service and are then shocked that the faults and subsequent compensation are governed by the domestic SLA that is set out by Ofcom? Get in the bin you melon - not a very good advert for your brand isn't it

    Oh dear @SkyHelpTeam being on a live chat about possibly leaving and the agent asks if I’m ok to wait another 15 mins while they have their break? Totally support workers right to break but literally mid conversation? they have since ended the chat before finished resolving.. 😡
