    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    @SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

    Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

    after many years and I mean many years with @skytv I am now checking out the alternatives as Sky on demand has been down all week and the excuses have been pitiful pay for a service and part of it has not been delivered and no price reduction or discount offered @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK I’m majorly dissatisfied with the service sky is giving us! I went away last week and got no signal or 4/5g anywhere at all I was unable to contact anyone unless I connected to a local WiFi which was hard to find, it’s ridiculous how bad it is, what am I paying for?

    I’ve just been informed by @skytv my bill is going up to £128. Don’t worry though, we can offer you a deal for £107. My reply. Put in my 31-day notice I’ll phone back in 31 days as a new customer using my middle name. This way I’ll only pay half the price. 19 years @SkyHelpTeam
