@SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Morning sky help team, during the lock down I got the signature pack(tried to get the sky+Netflix) told it comes with the skyQ box but they were unavailable at the time, I can’t get through on the phone to ask if I will get the skyQ box as I’m still using the old sky+? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I do that regularly and have done so just there. The 1st pic is when I try to access email and 2nd when I click on any SKY search link bar mobile upgrade. Last time I spoke to SKY when I had B/B issues they acknowledged that they are hearing this a hell of a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam I have, they are no help what so ever. They can’t say why the engineer hasn’t turned up and they can’t book us another appointment because the engineer hasn’t updated the system saying he didn’t attend. I’d of got charged £25 if the engineer turned up and I wasn’t in.
