    @_DavidJohns @SkyHelpTeam Didn't raise a complaint. Just said we upgraded paid the money, got the same box we had. They them sent another replacement which was also wrong. Luckily my wife has more patience than me and the 3rd fella couldn't believe the incompetence we had suffered

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that. It tells me to call SKY and then it is an automated service that does not help. This is costing me money. I just want to downgrade or cancel completely. It’s ridiculous that a huge company like Sky hasn’t got someone I can speak to easily.

    @SkyHelpTeam thank you for your lack of help.John in the resolutions team ensured i knew my place. After all referring to me constantly as “ the customer”. Correcting me as it is not a complaint I am making, it is i am dissatisfied. After all Sky is a business. Best go elsewhere.

    @paullewismoney @netflix @SkyUK Having netflix is a choice and no one is forced to pay for it. Plus, you can pause subscriptions whenever you want unlike the BBC. Obviously it's a different service to the Beeb but having it is down to personal or family choice.
