My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
