No supervisor on Sat but keeps putting me on hold and then adjusting. 2 hours wasted. Then tells me I had an engineer booked for my old box today 30 yrs with Sky. Loyalty ?

This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted
