Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyUK “Award winning customer service”??? My wife ported her mobile number to Sky on 19th January. You botched the port making her number completely unusable, then took 6 weeks to fix it. Every time I called for an update I was fobbed off with excuses. Pathetic!

@SkyHelpTeam never had such a difficult experience as I have with customer services today! Can't download any on demand content at all, I had already been through the steps on your app/ website. The person I spoke to was rude and kept speaking over me. I'm still no further!
