@dawnofmidgard @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had something installed by Openreach (who Sky uses for their fibre product) called a CSP (grey box) installed outside my living room, now waiting for Openreach to connect the fibre from the CSP into my house. Honestly the worst experience!
