.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

I keep seeing tweets of how uncaring tennis is but it's not the sport, it's her contract. All professional athletes have them.

@SkyHelpTeam Just been to a family BBQ and my sister has spent 2 hours on the phone as broadband has been out for 31 days. She’s an NHS worker from home with two kids needing to do extra school lessons online. They have only been offered 2G of data... can you help? 😢
