@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam I've done this multiple times. It keeps connecting again for a while then dropping out again and whenever I've tried accessing the webpage it's either crashed or been unable to test the connection as I've got no connection. Seems this has been a national issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes i gathered but i have 50gb in my piggbank because the signal is garbage! 2gb is as pointless as having no broadband! Sort it out or im going elsewhere
