    @SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

    8 weeks of @virginmedia incompetence and blaming the customer. @SkyUK took one phone call on a Sunday to get @bt_uk out this morning to fix the fault within an hour, including setting up devices.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have now cancelled @SkySports and sky movies. I have been a customer since 2005 with all TV services, broadband, landline, multi room and HD and discovered last week a brand new customer would pay considerably less. Unacceptable.
