@SkyHelpTeam We know there is an issue with connection to our property. The OpenReach engineer identified a fault 4m from our house, exactly where @CityFibre were digging.

I've had broadband for over 20 years. In all that time, I've never had as many outages as I've had in the last 18 months with @SkyUK I won't be remaining a broadband customer once my contract expires.
