@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

@SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

@SkyHelpTeam just received a call from 0800 597 9843 claiming to be from you. After some incredibly mundane questions about the weather etc, said they wanted to help me get the most of my new mobile. Said I didn’t need it and they promptly hung up. Not great service at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Shame sky phone lines are rubbish. May have had answers sooner if my husband could have successfully navigated the absolute rubbish phone system where he never managed to speak to anyone. Just told him to keep doing the home tests we had done. Went in circles and wasted hours.
