@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyUK been on hold for an hour then the call gets answered . Colleague then puts me on hold again and then hangs up . Absolutely shocking customer service . Constant issues with billing and having to call to get it fixed.
