    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the same information as given in the app when I login. It doesn’t explain the different date on the text! Really need my broadband ASAP!

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough.I have been a customer of Sky 4 more than 20 years now, hardly likely to have any docs now.U must be able to tell me what I need to know .I am not willing 2 spend hours & hours on call waiting 2 speak to real person.Not my fault if U can’t locate me in ur system.

    @SkyHelpTeam Saturday. They didn't advise a time. Escalations team veered between 'you might be better off with another provider' (which is an amazing thing to say to customer) to 'we have probably cancelled your order but we can't tell. Call us back on 5 days to check.' So here we are.

    @dancelightning @SkyUK £13 would get you the small TV. No hard drive, no recordings, no third party apps outside of what Sky Q has and you can’t have Sky Q AND Sky Glass… it’s one of the other. Cancel Sky TV and your TV is not far off a brick.

    @Hannah_c_casey @Gregobi89 @SkyUK Thankfully I don't work for Sky, so I've no idea what their product roadmap looks like. Given my experience in the area, however, I'd assume the launch of Sky Glass would mean there's unlikely to be anything mapped out for a full live Sky TV stream-only service, sans hardware.

    @Nantwich12 @celtic196721 @SkyUK well you are leaving it as you arent in a contract with nowtv its like saying you're leaving netflix dvd rental service for the streaming service. 2 different things that operate in different ways.
