@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkySports Queue 12 concussions per game, the league is full of cheats, time wasting, when you go down ALWAYS hold your head to get the game stopped, soft penalties, diving and grabbing the ball, throw ins taken from 200 yards away, subs walking off as slow as possible. Not fun to watch

@SkyUK my service is still not working despite several visits and assurances the problem was solved. Have cancelled the direct debit and will cancel the whole service if you don't want to resolve it. Emails are not being answered.

@SkyUK hi, we've been having some issues with our Sky Q box. It will effectively whir like a PC's fan and then crash and be unusable until rebooted. Its only started doing this recently.

@AmazonHelp 100% it's nothing to do with my home network, my TV etc.. BT sport's and SkySports have no issues when I stream them, no other apps on my TV have a problem, my entire house is 'smart' and tech, primevideo TV episodes & films are fine, it's your stream of the game that's the prob
