@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

These bids never came and the club didn't bite.He was never going to back down and ended up at Union Berlin(wtf?). He may come to regret that

@SkyUK My complaint was upheld after I was miss sold a deal. I have been waiting for someone to call but despite many calls nothing has happened. I have been a customer for 25 years but now thinking of changing.
