@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

I just received a call from my "Sky internet service provider" saying they had detected my ISP in different locations (or something) and wanted to know if I'd given out my password. I asked them to confirm who they were etc and then the line went dead. Scam? @SkyHelpTeam
