@SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

Absolutely shocking @SkyUK when give 31 days notice and you accept you now want to charge us further for more nonsense. Appalling and shocking #service #badservice . Sort it out and don’t charge us unnecessary fees when gave correct notice.

I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyUK Sky Go is possibly the worst streaming/catch-up desktop app I've ever used. Adverts are spliced in the wrong places and it doesn't even remember which episodes I've watched. It's also pig slow on a brand new MacBook. How have non-paid services managed so much better?

@SkyHelpTeam I am fed up with these instructions to help. This is a constant problem for me. It comes and goes usually for 5-10 minutes at a time. Then I have to switch off all the Q devices...., I don’t work for Sky!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that, however the call ends up finishing before I can speak to someone. my bill has changed significantly when I received a letter saying that it will stay the same and my Internet is also poor. I did a check with the automated system which also said there's an issue
