.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, Sky box is scheduling catch up programmes for record rather than downloading them. Wifi connection is strong. Have tried rebooting box & resetting network connection. Can you help?
