@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@Digital_Dru @SkyHelpTeam Same issues here. Do we have an estimated fix time? This is all becoming so tiresome. I have just bought a mobile router for £65 and £36 for a SIM for temporary data to use whilst this is ongoing on top of the £55 p/m to Sky for faulty fibre. I hope compensation will be issued.
