I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had slow broadband for over a month now. Roughly 1.5mb. Things are getting missed in your system so having to be re-raised which your agents tell me means i have to wait another 72hours for a response. Agents go away and say they pass it to someone else but they dont.

@SkyHelpTeam Oh we've tried this. An engineer came out before, & it turned out that the external cables on our building were actually internal cables?! But ever since then the faults have been intermittent but it drops out sooo much here and never did in the same building in a different flat.
