ian (@xStormxBringeRx) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandIn all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

Hope I get a discount 4r loss of service today. What's the point of me going on annual leave and I can't watch TV etc.

I was told it would be £60. This was then waived... I was promised a call from an engineer to confirm....
