@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam Finally got through to someone and they have advised me there is a problem with my hub. £50 to have a replacement sent out. Everything was working fine until 4:30pm today when the outage happened and now it’s my hub that’s the problem and I’ve got to pay for a replacement 🤔
