    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam are there internet problems in Edinburgh? Internet suddenly stopped working and can’t get an engineer until next week!! Not great. I will be seeking compensation.

    @SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

    .@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

    @SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

    @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp u have tonight cancelled my broadband service due to an internal failing.I am being told I have to restart the order process again.This is completely unacceptable- if u can turn off my internet service instantly - u can turn it back on instantly!!!! @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Our if interest, what is the most senior person that a customer can contact to try and get a sensible and fast decision? By fast I mean with a day or two, not a month? By sensible, I mean someone who won’t just say, that is what the system says?👍

    Please @SkySports don’t have @DarrenBent as the Spurs pundit. This man flopped so hard he’s only remembered for such a bad miss that he had a public spat with his boss (I was there, it was one of the most frustrating misses I’ve ever seen.) And so he hates us and slags us off.

    @SkyHelpTeam If you can disconnect them - you can reconnect them. It’s not a physically issue - it’s not my failing. It’s yours. You just need to get the right person out of bed. This is absolutely ridicolous and I will continue tweeting yourself and @OpenreachHelp until I am reconnected.

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have been without sky tv signal for over 1 month now, I have called several times and cannot get through, email no reply and to top it over the Twitter can access my account. Over 1 month and nobody can either bother to pick up the phone. Daniel Saron
