What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

Elliot Faggetter 🏁 (@MrEFaggetter) reported@SkyUK I used your web chat service today to request an engineer to visit to move the WiFi installation, that the engineer said he would do FOC if he had to come back... I was told it would be £60. This was then waived... I was promised a call from an engineer to confirm....
