@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam This is now a nightly occurrence that the broadband service goes down. And it only affects Sky. BT have working service in the area so it is not a local network issues. Please confirm what YOU are doing to fix this?

@slickz666 @SkySports Most clubs sold season tickets with warnings of restrictions. I doubt they will give a refund anyone, as it's you who will be choosing not to follow one of the terms, which isn't that big of an ask and is no trouble.

After 13 years with @SkyUK I have just cancelled my contract. Too expensive and broadband service not good enough. Time to look for better broadband. Any suggestions?? #BroadbandHelp
