@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam Help! So despite my S10+ displaying 4G in the corner my connection is a joke. I'm struggling to read emails, send WhatsApp messages even to just open Spotify and listen to pre-downladed music. I've tried all the troubleshooting is can. Maybe a new sim is needed?

@skytv @SkyCinemaUK terrible, you can't remove elements of your package online, you have to call. You call up, they ask you to do it online. Got through to someone. Then realised contract was up, @SkySports cost has doubled from last year

@SkyHelpTeam I'm having drop out and disconnection issues with Apps via Q box: Netflix (I subscribe via Sky) Prime, You Tube. Happens every time we use it! I then need to reboot every time it happens! I have sufficient bandwidth on our home network. What will you do about it?
