    @SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m working from home but have intermittent broadband. I’ve tried everything online but it is not working. I’m not able to get through to your call centre. Is there anything which can be done to escalate this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam any updates, it’s been over an hour without service both broadband and customer, not that I’m surprised of course. I’m sure many would agree, an update or an ETA would suffice but it seems customer engagement throughout Sky, unless up selling, is abysmal.

    @PapaKweg @NOWHelpTeam @SkyUK I managed to fix it, try hitting the ‘more details’ box when the error comes up, run a connection check (can’t remember what option that is on the menu) and then after that try the reload Netflix option. It worked for me!
