    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

    Never had so much trouble trying to spend more money with a company than I’m having with @virginmedia at the moment at least @SkyUK answer the upgrades line quickly!

    @rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

    Absolutely shocking @SkyUK when give 31 days notice and you accept you now want to charge us further for more nonsense. Appalling and shocking #service #badservice . Sort it out and don’t charge us unnecessary fees when gave correct notice.

    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    @SkyHelpTeam got new modem as internet was rubbish. Paying extra for it to the cover the whole house. And guess what. It’s still rubbish, and after being promised a engineer to fix landline. It’s still not working or booked in. 2 years of paying for a landline I cannot use!!

    @SkySports He is wrong as in monsieur Wenger. This is purely a money decision. Every 2 years there’s a major tournament and they have invented the nations cup that no one pays attention to really hand on heart. If it’s not broken don’t fix it.

    @SkyUK Shy Customer 20 plus years and a Diamond VIP Member close to full package. Diamond VIP Promised priority on Sky Glass and despite two phone calls still not got a code despite registering on day it was launched. Joke!
