    @SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

    @rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

    @SkyHelpTeam so sick of sky broadband pay sky over £120 in total a month and the broadband totally lets it down. Pay for 40gb speed lucky if I get 10gb. Simple websites take ages to load. Trouble shoot all the time nothing works so resolution from sky. So I have one I’m leaving

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
