@SkyHelpTeam No, just constant freezing on our main Q box. £140pm for your TV subscription and I have to reset the box most days. Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

Absolutely awful support from @SkyHelpTeam - last Tuesday my mum and dad (80 and 77) main sky Q box failed. I'm on holiday but handling the calls to support team for them. Promised a replacement box (no engineers available) but internal "SSU" process is broken.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

@A01Mark @smalltrend @SkySports They could just stand there and not boo. They could jump up and down. They could put their hands on their hearts they could do some gesture which isn't abusive but no they choose to boo. They are booing people protesting. End of. Not acceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam I am having lip sync issues with my new Sky Q box and mini box. Really frustrating and I’ve tried all fixed as chatted through with telephone responder.

.@SkyUK are the worst at customer service. They were still charging me for a service I cancelled until this month, almost a year after I cancelled it, until I brought it to their attention. Five phone calls later and they still won’t return my call or give me my money back.

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing. Call up and said “known fault in area, working to get it fix ASAP l” and only and option to get a text when fixed! Can’t even speak with anyone. Can not get anything on demand for the kids.

So @SkyUK is putting their bills up in April, because it is more than the inflation rate, sky customers can cancel their contract with them without any fees. It’s something I will be thinking about in next 2 months.

@stoosmith86 @SkyUK @vodafone Honestly never known anything like it, they promise you certain speeds, don’t give you those speeds then tell you it’s because their WiFi is busier than usual, is that our fault? Paying for a service that we aren’t getting but they make excuses each time! Ridiculous😴
