@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

Appalling. @SkyHelpTeam have just told my wife that our now broken sky box (stopped functioning today) can’t be looked at until Christmas Eve! Christmas Eve when we are due to go to a Christmas Carol concert. Apparently no other appointments. Sky just officially stole Christmas.

@SkyHelpTeam any chance on an update on when my broadband is going to be back up and running, went down yesterday afternoon due to an outage still down this morning and have had no updates what so ever from sky, yet again customer service is shocking.
