@SkyHelpTeam broadband down yet again. BT engineers out and fixed wiring, 24 hours later, gone again. Complaint in, 18 years a sky customer and worst connection I've ever had.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve never been so disappointed in a company. After paying £15 for a weekend engineer to come out, no one shows up!! I’m now waisting my free time waiting for engineers who don’t turn up!! And this is after your operator told us “well take a day off work” 🤬 absolute joke!
