    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with @Apple for over 10 years guaranteed delivery of phones when they say. @VodafoneUK also excellent. First year I’ve changed to #Sky never doing it again. Am so angry and upset by the customer service. I’ll be moving back next year. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

    I got a quote from sky for TV & broadband, expecting it to be extortionate & have a car salesman type guy sell it to me & there be no customer care after giving my payment details... But I've needed to call a few times & every time they've been amazing. Very impressed! @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam But I have over the past week and still has issues yes it’s working but is inconsistent and doesn’t help when we need the internet for online meetings ETC

    @SkySports I'd leave him out the singles as well and just concede the point. Needs to get away and take time to sort his game out. Bloody awful at the moment.

    @SkyHelpTeam swithed from super fast broadband to ultra fast now my sppeds are 35mps (wired) phoned numerous times changed leads reset router had new router still the same nothing is being done. Got told i am getting 159mps to my router and from there its my problem. £300 to cancel contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s only the MySky app I can’t login to. I can login fine from safari and chrome just the app. All other apps are logging in ok
