@SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam AS usual the rewards are for the Tech savvy. You used to give away free films. I haven’t claimed one since Mama Mia 2……..NONE OF THE OFFERS ARE OF USE TO ME…..Try TAKING MONEY OFF MY BILL……THAT would be USEFUL being a Customer of 16 years plus

@SkyUK what is going on with your customer service? Rang up because my broadband is down. Got through to somebody but they wouldn’t speak to me because I have an open complaint? Since when does that affect your ability to sort my broadband? Been on hold an hour now
