@Sladester100 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK They may be cheap but the service sucks. Virgin Media have been okay for us so far. Plusnet are a good shout if you want to stay with FTTC 🤓

@jcarlyon @skiviey @SkyHelpTeam you need to log into your router to check line speed, if low, make sure you are connected to master socket or test socket if you have one, replace an filter you have. they should run a line test through your master/test socket. if all is fine, then it is a throughput issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Certainly looks like a DNS issue, no problems since change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on any device I’ve tried, all lights are green on my router, not sure if other people’s routers are showing something different, if green and can change dns settings to manual and 8.8.8.8 worth a try
