@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason, I've tested it while it's currently working and it's saying everything is OK. But it has lost connection four times this morning - I see the light on my router goes amber at these times until it's connected again. Hard to work from home when it goes down randomly.

Can someone from @SkyHelpTeam please address the issue surrounding Sky Q downloads. It’s been going on for far too long. If it goes on much longer i’ll be looking for a new provider. Over to you SKY.
