@SkyHelpTeam Did that. Twice over. It’s also a brand new upgrade that required an engineer visit so I know the issue isn’t one concerning my property and equipment. Compensation, compensation, compensation.

You know, @SkyUK, Your 'how to cancel broadband' page is nigh useless. other than a mention of "give us 14 days notice" it totally lacks any information on _how_ to do that. I'm not exactly surprised, but it is still disgraceful.
