@SkyHelpTeam is there any time frame on fixing the broadband outage in North lanarkshire. It's been 6 days with no internet now and there is just an automated message on the help telephone number saying you are working on it.

Once again being let down by @SkyUK broadband. This is constantly happening. Router has been reset, service tracker telling me there is no issues but losing connection every few minutes @SkyHelpTeam please explain
