@sfield34 @SkyHelpTeam Mines the Same! Contacted sky they said it’s an issue and they are dealing with it and should be sorted within 24/48 hours. Very inconvenient 😩😐

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. You might want to tell your colleagues that the issue is widespread and that simply rebooting the box won’t do the trick.
