    @SkyUK please can you respond to the quickest way to register that my (elderly) parents home phone on sky landline is out of order. Impossible to navigate the options on your customer helpline as not my number and I am not at their house. Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this doesn't make any sense. You report outages on your website, can confirm if there is an issue affecting a particular phone number, must know if an engineer is being arranged. Openreach refer enquiries back to the ISP. Would you like to clarify?

    @StellyGK @SkyUK Its explained in the key facts read out and the documents/TCs that are sent. And as with any purchase you are able to cancel the contract/receive a refund within the 30 day cooling off period so I'd probably say your partner was either too stupid to understand or wasn't listening
