No one from sky told us you can’t use the box for longer than a month with no signal. Waiting for sky glass and now have no access to my recordings at all. It’s like virgin media all over again. We should’ve been told @SkyHelpTeam 💔

@SkyHelpTeam I'm sorry, further down the thread I explained that we had indeed cleared the outstanding balance of £108, which we can barely afford, but I cannot afford to be able to contact my dr etc either. We were told that a specialist team from sky would be in contact. Not happened
