@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Openreach engineer told me about the sky broadband promise. As I’m unable to get a signal in the back rooms of my small terrace home perhaps a router upgrade may help? My current router is the ER115.

@SkySports It sends out no message at all and has completely lost any impact it ever had. It’s just a routine now. Go on to the pitch, line up, spread out, kneel down, kick off. Means nothing.

@SkyHelpTeam Well today it just stopped working. Sometimes the apps won’t work, sometimes it just freezes and other times it won’t do owt. The only cure is to unplug it. This continued annoyance is making it a luxury I’ll cancel
