    Hey @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. On Friday I had to call because our router hadn't arrived before our service started today. The woman I spoke to (from Aberdeen) was SO helpful. Router arrived this morning & now everything is up and running perfectly. Please give her a pat on the back!👍

    @SkyHelpTeam So after how long.. it has been told 40mins wait time and I am on hold for more than 60 mins now.. worst customer service ever.. no email option as well..
