@SkyHelpTeam Can you help then!? I'm now on the call for over an hour and I'm not happy. The engineer I spoke with was great, but the call disconnected. Before it did she said the issue I was having with my broadband was a line issue and needed an openreach engineer.

@BBCWatchdog @SkyHelpTeam Sky have cancelled 4 appointments to replace a failed sky box for an 80 year old COVID widow. No TV since DECEMBER. Sky help not interested enough to response. @BBCXRay

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response. Broadband technical support I believe. I made the booking via the app, confused why I can't cancel the booking same way, especially as no one booked? Person said it needed someone with access to the outreach system

@MatterfaceJaime @SkyHelpTeam Ours is down too, so many people in the same town having the same issue. Been told an engineer will come out Tuesday. Surely you can’t be sending an engineer to every home that’s affected?!?
