@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, not sure what's going on?!? Bad weather took out my signal and been told £65 for a call out when the issue is with signal not hardware. Been put on hold mid-discussion by a rude rep of yours. Its now been 15 mins. Not impressed 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you SHT, we did do a hard power reset of the router but this didn’t help. Router was reset too and the cables removed and reinserted. Eventually the service returned later in the evening. But we are experiencing sporadic loss of signal yesterday and today.

@SkyHelpTeam @WeRThe48Percent I think you may need to do some more research @SkyHelpTeam. Version 3 boxes seem to have serious issues. There are hundreds of examples of sound drop outs on your forum many of which have been reported. This is a similar issue to the one you had on your hd box.

@WhatAreYouThi20 @stay_yeah @SkySports He’s not saying there is a problem with them being white. He is saying it’s ironic that you have a guy sponsored by all of these “white companies” telling his brothers to buy black only. Ironic, hypocritical and a host of other things too.
