@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam appalling customer service received when trying to raise an issue with one of your engineers breaking an item in my home. Small cost to fix but told you will not help on two occasions, with no explanation. Lovely way to treat your customers!

@SkyHelpTeam I have reported & highlighted this every year, since having Sky Q installed at launch in the UK in 2016. It is always shrugged off as not an issue. If I have deleted all previous F1 race recordings, the next recordings always use the wrong name, one from a previous race weekend.
