@SkyHelpTeam seriously?! 10 minutes to download 1 minute of a programme?! All other devices working normally and broadband is fine, just unable to watch any downloading programme?! There’s always an issue with you lot, never had such consistently awful service.

@RealWillConvey @skytv Yeah, but I don't choose to pay channel 5 for whatever they decide to show. I'm a sky sport and a sky movie subscriber. I choose to pay extra for movie and sport content. @SkyHelpTeam are removing that choice from me, but continuing to charge me for the service I'm not receiving!
