  Also every single AI customer service experience is unremittingly awful. Looking at @British_Airways and @SkyUK just in the last few days as world-class examples of this phenomenon... Badly designed, painful, unhelpful, circular processes that only make problems worse.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel everything and leave it about 3 days. Sky will call you back beginning you to stay for about £26, then throw in Netflix and probably send someone over to nosh you off 👍

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently left for similar reason, my package going up £3.00 to £23 after I left had a letter saying I could go back & the same package would be £28 & I’d been a customer for 25+ years
