@SkyHelpTeam As mentioned a couple of times before, I only have one socket installed, so moving it is not an option. My question is when I have a good connection, which is most of the time, will this new superfast broadband be noticeable upgrade to the service?

@SkyHelpTeam I travel abroad, turn my data roaming off within 30 minutes of landing, and just receive my bill informing me that 30 minutes has cost me £39. And just been told basically tough luck. Great customer service. 👍🏻

Absolutely shocking service from @SkyHelpTeam, been promised a call back last few days, never happened. Trying to upgrade account, almost as if you don't want the business. Useless Trying to call customer service as you go round in circles. So much for Sky glass
