@SkyHelpTeam the Sky Go 'app' on a windows laptop is just so painful to use!!! Regularly have to update but nothing seems to change - except now hogs even more cpu & memory than ever. Really poor - especially for the cost!!! Others do it so better!!!

@EufyOfficial @SkyUK I am having issues with my door camera. Not able to Live view when away from home. All OK when using WiFi but not on 4G. Do I have to change a setting on the Hub to except outgoing data.
