    @SkyHelpTeam key worker with children in house ,no internet for 10 days and you charge me to reconnect , over 2 hrs on phone !! No solution

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Lainy - yes i have - multiple times and i have also reset the router, been in contact with Yahoo direct and still the issue continues. This is not helped by the lack of ownership of the issue, 4 call backs not honoured, lack of escalating the issue & i am locked out again

    @SkyHelpTeam how long is it going to take to resolve the full broadband outage in the RH11 area? Even mobile data is out so kids can't do their homework and our house is full smart bulbs and plugs!

    We'd love to stay with @SkyUK for broadband. Really would. Been a customer for years and had zero issues. But... they won't work with the CityFibre full fibre to the premises that's been installed in our street, and the Openreach lot won't be round for years to install theirs.

    @SkyUK Just wonder what would happen if an elderly customer who needs phone for safety was in same situation who can't afford to pay for 2 phones and their food and heating?

    Dear @VodafoneUK I’m not going away so suggest you look at your DM’s. You are definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Made moving house even more stressful. @SkyUK however, make it easy. Could teach Vodafone a lot!!

    @SkyHelpTeam New order in with new provider, Sky message back saying they've confirmed transfer of service. Still within cancellation period if Sky somehow made a magic decision to actually work with CityFibre.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is beyond a god damm joke I fed up with it dropping consistently Speeds of the internet service and remedies: Download speeds: Normally Available: 9.7Mbps; Max: 9.7Mbps; Min: 4.5Mbps Upload speeds: Normally Available: 0.9Mbps; Max: 0.9Mbps; Min: 0.7Mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam our Broadband has just cut out completely, did the system check and it says there’s an issue in our area and it could take ‘a few days’ to sort!! Surely not?!?!

    @SkyHelpTeam So my service being terminated by sky this morning and a multi hour gap until the new provider is switched on is another companies fault. Sky, it’s never yours. Hence my move. Even when one calls the team one is told its another teams fault. Just poor.
