@SkyHelpTeam Yes and I’m getting nowhere. I keep getting told what a good customer I am having been with you over 23 years, but the service does not reflect that. I feel that I’m banging my head against a brick wall and it’s very sore.

Is there an issue with #skymax @SkyHelpTeam every time I’ve done series link on Sky Max it seems to record the programme twice? It happened with the Harry Potter 20th Anniversary and now with Resident Alien. It gets recorded at 2am then again on the same day 9pm??? Hasn’t
