  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky service is costly and slow. Never used to be like that. Customer service are now also awful, because a lack of understanding about consumer protection.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer with three for around 25 years phone contract renewal for similar package was £35 now gone up to £80 with 2 increases to come during contract went to giffgaff £14 pm
