As such his mind was in "it's happening" mode, so after highlight he'd been told otherwise (and hearing the awful "you were told the wrongly" thing from the same company) he gave in

@SkyUK are absolutely useless. Sky stream is an absolute rip off- remotes faulty and don’t work due to a “bad batch” yet still waiting for replacements. Customer service are less than incompetent and don’t deliver on their promises #skytv
