@SkyHelpTeam This morning I woke to discover my internet was down. I did all the tests online and was advised to book an engineer (which I have for Saturday morning). I’m just home from work to see that there is actually a fault in my area (Blackpool). Should I now cancel this?

@SkyHelpTeam trying to log into router settings. Says 'admin already logged in'. Deleted all cookies on phone, and insured forgot all passwords. Still not working. How can I fix this?
