@SkyHelpTeam @Natalie_Cureton Laughingly, I have just received an email to say I have “had” and outage and giving me 2GB mobile data to my piggy bank as compensation! “HAD” - we still have an outage and no, your link does not give any details except to say there is a full, No timescale for repair!

@SkyHelpTeam @Natalie_Cureton Sky should be able to give a timeframe IF they chose to speak to BTOpenreach and discuss the issue. Sky blame Openreach. Openreach blame Sky. Who receives the poor service and lack of information, Sky customers.

@SkyHelpTeam well, we didn’t have internet for 6hours, did all I could- checked my connection online, service status and all. Internet came back on late last night.I don’t know what happened but I’m not happy about it and hoping it won’t happen again especially if working from Home

@Shaprice_ @SkyHelpTeam I think it disgusting that sky still haven’t said anything regarding an update.I live in rothwell and I’ve spoke to a few people and it seem to be effecting everyone but they are blaming bt but other company internet are working it just sky. They need to fix it

@SkyHelpTeam awful service. Broadband due to go live today so I called just to check something else and while on the call I was told that at 08.28 today, @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp had contacted you to tell you I won't be going live today after all. Absolutely awful service!
