Had sky broadband 2 weeks and I reckon its only worked for awhole day about twice. Working from home, paying 45 quid for broadband that doesn’t work is an absolute joke 😡so frustrated @SkyHelpTeam its beyond a joke now please help!

@BPete1970 @SkySports Awful. I told them as such when I sorted out a new Sky contract the other day. Couldn’t bring myself to cancel it though, as I did with my @FourFourTwo subscription when they got Goldbridge to write United’s season preview a few years back

@AndrewWillis6 @SkyHelpTeam Good luck pal, @SkyHelpTeam are useless. Glass is like Q was, another rushed product that doesnt work in the real world but that doesnt stop them selling it and using customers to beta test it for them. My Q boxes decided to disconnect themselves overnight, really annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

@skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Sky TV and sky broadband have really let us down on our home move. Never known such poor, unhelpful customer service. It's not the staff members, it's the systems and protocols that are apparently in place. Appalling customer service Sky. Be better!
