    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ box has downloaded 1% of a 20minute(ish)tv show in 10 minutes, box is running like a dog, Sonic was downloading for an hour and got to 23%, now the app page says i have a restricted service. What's occurring?

    Since January I’ve been waiting for a replacement sky glass. The first one that got delivered was broken. January - May and still no sign or even a call from @SkyUK. Truly appalling and I’d implore anybody thinking of getting one to stay clear.
