@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@thegobbymoo @SkyHelpTeam Phoned them and the best they could do was £30 a month more (seemed surprised when I declined!). Very helpful person on the cancellation department got it to £10 a month more but told me to phone back at the end of the month to see what they can do once I’m able to cancel.
