Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, however we are still having problems with our broadband late at night. My wife tends to work nights, and finds we lose connection after midnight - is this ongoing maintenance or a more of a specific issue? We need to get it resolved urgently!

@SkyUK your engineer has been today and has nailed through a water pipe he didn’t check for pipes beforehand. He was trying to get his dad to come and fix it absolutely shocking - I have water pouring out, no heating etc and can’t get through to your customer service.
