I'm on holiday but handling the calls to support team for them. Promised a replacement box (no engineers available) but internal "SSU" process is broken.

The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.
