@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam your phone and broadband service has become too unreliable. It is often down for me late at night / early morning. Again this morning broadband and phone were down, broadband came back on at 3AM 22 Jul but still no dial tone. So obviously you are doing some maint.

Was really good a few weeks ago... until they had an outage. 2 new neighbours either side, two engineers messing with the lines. Not Sky's problem. Literally looking up bt and vm packages rn

@SkySports That’s it! I’m never going back to Liverpool again! Saying that..I would go for the footie and if invited by my friends who live there. Also there’s a lot of historic buildings which I haven’t seen yet and Aintree ain’t to far for the Racing. Can’t wait to go back really.😎

@SkySports Oh no a status that bring absolutely nothing to the city. Better to have a stadium that going to help regenerate the area big in thousands of jobs and bring in a lot more tourists. Also the amount of money Everton are going to put into Preserving the history in the area.
