I can't do without it for a week or so as I can't watch TV or listen to music without broadband. Hope I get a discount 4r loss of service today. What's the point of me going on annual leave and I can't watch TV etc.

Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least ๐คฌ

ian (@xStormxBringeRx) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandIn all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

I was told 1-5 days. At 9.45 this morning, my new router was delivered. By any measure, that is tip top customer service.
