@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam That’s almost £72 versus buying it direct from Disney for £49.99. I asked if I could buy direct and still sign in like Netflix or Spotify and watch it on my A boxes but that’s not been answered in your reply.

@SkyHelpTeam Followed all of that. Booked an engineer visit because they might be able to help unlike you. Maybe though instead of saying ‘no issues in your area’ change that because clearly there is 1 issue in the area with is 1 more than none.

@TravelRanter @SkyHelpTeam Technically they're calling it UHD. But the quality is terrible. They've lowered the bit rates the last 6 months to cram an extra UHD stream on and also user cheaper production companies. Never been UHD
