@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I know how to use sky app and how to detect issue via sky web. You haven’t surprised me with your response. Please treat your customers seriously!! Sky should give any discount when during a 18 month contract there is 2 months of low speed or outage.
