@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@ParamountPlusUK Multiple films on Sky+ are broken. They show the first 10 minutes, followed by the last 10 minutes, followed by the middle of the film. @SkyHelpTeam have confirmed the issue, but say I have to report it to you directly.

Phone connected to WiFi Broadband plays Sky Go no problem. Sky Glass connected over wired Broadband won't play ****! @SkyHelpTeam sort your awful product out!!!! 😡😡
