@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

So @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as a new customer I can get sky TV, sky sports, BT sports and cinema all for £59 for 18 month BUT as a customer for 12 years I can get all that for just over £100 per month where are the deals for existing customers. One annoyed customer right now.
