Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

When I phone to ask when it will be sorted, the call handlers are not interested and only want to upgrade my tv/broadband package.
