@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam I do all.of that about 5 times a day... constantly resetting and reconnecting... Disney+ and apps work fine so it's clearly an issue with the skyQ box connecting to the main box.
