@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@guardian I love spending hours on the phone especially on hold to @SkyHelpTeam and @SkyUK listening to patchy elevator music just to speak to a human when sky screws up.....fairly regularly And the best but is they always blame this cr*p service on the virus, the one we’ve had for a year

Hello @SkyHelpTeam - I’ve had no landline service for 3 days. Tried all the usual things - off/on, different phone, with & without microfilter etc etc. Broadband works but not great. Any ideas?
