@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

@SkyHelpTeam by contrast, family members on BT with a similar issue were provided with additional boosters immediately that solved the problem. Several months down the line with Sky, you don't seem to be able to solve the issue as swiftly.

@SkyHelpTeam Why is my data being used so quickly? I added an extra 1GB from my rollover only 2 days ago, yet it’s nearly all gone? I’ve been connected to Wi-fi all the time and there is no valid reason why it should be going down this quickly!
