Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

@A01Mark @smalltrend @SkySports They could just stand there and not boo. They could jump up and down. They could put their hands on their hearts they could do some gesture which isn't abusive but no they choose to boo. They are booing people protesting. End of. Not acceptable.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

Absolutely awful support from @SkyHelpTeam - last Tuesday my mum and dad (80 and 77) main sky Q box failed. I'm on holiday but handling the calls to support team for them. Promised a replacement box (no engineers available) but internal "SSU" process is broken.

In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

@SkyHelpTeam No, just constant freezing on our main Q box. £140pm for your TV subscription and I have to reset the box most days. Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam The so called goodwill gesture was due to the crazy amount of time reqd to contact sky support & now u suggest I waste more time trying to contact people who still don’t answer calls without me wasting more time trying to call? Wud hate to see what’s offered if sky really mess up

@SkyHelpTeam We have been online and run tests, then we get emailed to say an engineer will resolve from outside the property but we are now gettin to the stage where we cannot connect devices properly or view photos on social media the WiFi is so bad! Who can help me.?

@GrantWahl All these big clubs are over extended and can only survive as big clubs by doing this. They're all broke af because of bad decisions and empty stadiums. Fans are getting f*cked by everyone and you got @NBCSN and @SkySports acting like they're not part of the problem.
