@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Firstly, thank you for acknowledging there is a problem as I’ve seen Sky reply to many others to say there isn’t one. I’ve tried all of these steps and sadly, like many others, it’s still not working. It might not be an easy fix but an update from your end is likely the only fix.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that, pretty sure it was the high winds we had may of slightly moved the satellite. So now we have broken signal and some channel's no signal at all
