@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@virginmedia I’m using the Sky Sports Mac App, connecting to the SkySports website, clicking “Watch” and the using my virgin media credentials to try and login. All from my home which is powered by my virgin connection. It’s rejecting me for security reasons but I’ve always used this method.

@SkyHelpTeam yet again in F1 we have FP1 in Canada and race control is not working! on the red button any race control channel gives and error and in the all on either tablet or mobile we don't get the menu for race control at all??? what is going on? We have had nothing but errors and unavailable messages since the start of the season
