I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@SkyHelpTeam Why can you switch on BTSPORT online but can't cancel it? We have to call and it says that you can do it online (but you can't) and that you are under contract and will have a penalty for reducing your package. You make it hassle so people keep it. Don't you?

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t checked throughout the day with yours. But clearly there is an issue as I have ran yours tonight which show 74mbps against the third party app (Ookla) which shows less than 5mbps, how can they be so different???
