@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

@SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

@SkyHelpTeam My neighbour has got through to BT who have informed him there is a major outage and no date for it to be fixed yet, sothey are sending him a 4G hub as a stand in until it’s fixed. Can sky do the same for us?

@SkyHelpTeam Just had another Conversation with sky tonight regarding no broadband since Friday. They done have a clue when open reach will solve this as they don’t know where the problem lies. I bet you will still bill me for £100 pounds for a service that we not getting.
