Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyUK such a difficult process to UPGRADE to SkyStream. Marketed as all inclusive, BUT addons needed for basic funciton > fastforward > pause. I'm a HD+ customer for 9 years, no loyalty or discount compared to a new customer. To top it off £20 charge to have it sent out!

So my @SkyUK tv is going up £6/month and broadband £4/month so that's £10 extra a month and I'm getting nothing good good it! I can't wait for October to leave sky tv and broadband. Also will be getting rid of sky mobile as soon as contracts are up. Terrible company.

@WISEASS999 Therein lies the problem Bob, too much Pompey. My days of watching them home & away are long gone, I leave my TV football to Skysports and make home games a bit of a social event. Problem solved. 👍
