    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @SkyHelpTeam are there internet problems in Edinburgh? Internet suddenly stopped working and can’t get an engineer until next week!! Not great. I will be seeking compensation.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    @SkyUK as a VIP Diamond customer asking for an estimated lead time for an engineer to come and move a dish (less than 1ft) and being told I can’t be told until £60 is paid is ridiculous. I’m not paying to then be told 6-8 weeks. Communication is becoming real poor of late

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve upgraded our broadband and ever since the day we upgraded it our wifi has been so awful! we’ve not got the new router yet. Just wondering is this normal? Cause we’re paying for crap internet until we get a better one next week?!

    I don’t know why I’m surprised because it’s the same EVERY TIME I have to deal with @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK but they are genuinely the worst providers of a service I have ever experienced. Poor comms, inaccurate info, obfuscation, errors, lies - they manage to do the lot.

    Hi .@SkyUK I'm totally fed up with .@virginmedia 's overpriced and pathetically slow and buggy broadband service so I'm looking to switch. Can you tell me if there are any issues with hub distance with your superfast package and do the speeds you quote apply to wifi signal?
