@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam That’s almost £72 versus buying it direct from Disney for £49.99. I asked if I could buy direct and still sign in like Netflix or Spotify and watch it on my A boxes but that’s not been answered in your reply.

Thanks (not) @SkyHelpTeam all I wanted was a check on the landline for my 90 yr old parents but you wouldn't do it without the password that they can't remember. I'm 12 hrs away, they have no phone facility so I hold you responsible if there's any emergency. Very cross!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, no every other device is connected and working as expected. I’ve reset the router. No difference, I’ve also hotspot my phone to the ps5 to check the issue is not the ps5 and it connected straight away no issues so the issue lays between the ps5 and the sky router

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but the “Test my Connection” option was showing an outage in the area. And the connection has just dropped out again. I’ve never experienced this in 5+ yrs with Sky so would appreciate a proper update when you’re own website refers to a local outage. It’s disrupting work.
