@SkyUK broadband not working this morning and been told internal issue? Also been told engineer can’t come out until 22nd June 😳 we work from home, my kids use internet for school work, surely you can do better than that?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to find information on how I upgrade and get the double data deal as a current customer. Your website has nothing about this for current customers. I tried to call your CS but they guy instead of just answering me was trying to force me to sign up.

@SkyHelpTeam Did that. Noticed signal is doing from 1 to no bars and back. Never had bad signal here before This happened first in Haddington 6 miles away today, then same back home in Eh35

Hi @SkyHelpTeam are you aware of any issues in the EH12 area of Edinburgh? Not been able to get a satellite signal yet today. I've followed the help guide online but not luck. Don't want to call out an engineer yet, just in case there's local issues. Thanks.

The road to the europa league final was very flattering and we were awful in the final. Being good at europa league isn’t the level I want to be at. He’s a cup manager. Villarreal won’t be in Europe

@SkyHelpTeam Hi folks, I still have a problem contacting a known number. If they call me, I receive it ok. It appears on 1471 but if I try to return the call (press 3) I get "this number doesn't exist". Thoughts?

@SianElin_PT @SkyUK Took me months to cancel, only when I started on here finally got any contact at all. Thankfully now sky free & my broadband is way faster for a fraction of their charges 🥳

@SkyHelpTeam It says processing and has done for 6 weeks, we have requested a manager call back 3 times but never received one, can’t speak to BT because we are not directly there customer and when we speak to @SkyUK we are told they can’t do anything until the update comes in, it never does

@SkyHelpTeam I left not too long ago due to constant drops in internet speed. I was told if there were any issues, my bill for the month would be partially refunded, but I never received anything, and the slow speeds made anything more strenuous than listening to an audiobook impossible.

@SkyHelpTeam I can see I'm not going to get any help here... I paid this months-I am billed a month in advance, therefore I am all paid up until the middle of April, so my services haven't been suspended. I want to resolve this before that happens!
