@SkyHelpTeam That’s almost £72 versus buying it direct from Disney for £49.99. I asked if I could buy direct and still sign in like Netflix or Spotify and watch it on my A boxes but that’s not been answered in your reply.

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam How do I run such a test? The Internet connection was down between around 7:30am and midday as far as were aware. It came back on at midday and has just failed again as of around 3:15pm
