    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports really need to sort there shit out because I was wanting to watch the @NewYorkRedBulls v @LAGalaxy game but changed the time because of the EFL match I have now missed the game because of this shit I am absolutely disgusted with @SkySports as I am a big @LAGalaxy fan

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

    @SkyHelpTeam we had a technician come round on the 17th December to fix or shoddy internet gave us a new booster and fixed our router and today, surprise surprise, our internet has stopped working. AGAIN!

    @SkyHelpTeam . A vulnerable customer needs help. Fitted sky TV Sunday. Today not working. No connection to screen and need engineer visit asap. How can this be arranged. They cannot read through all online help and I am in a different area to see if I can help them

    @SkyHelpTeam Some of these comments, harsh! Very rarely have an issue with Sky, and the customer service has always been spot on. How people take things for granted now, and over react at the slightest inconvenience is disgusting. Thank you Sky for getting it sorted quickly for us.
