.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

@SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

@SkyHelpTeam I've fixed it thanks. Line dropped causing multiple devices to fail. Broadband box/Alexa/laptop and phone (on WiFi) all required full reboots. Weird but fixed thanks.
