@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam is there some issue with the mast in Edwinstowe (NG21 9)? I haven't been able to get service in the village for months now. It cuts off as soon as I am out of the WiFi range of my house and doesn't come back until I'm clearly in the next mass range? Bit of a joke.
