Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SuperLeague @SkySports Why not stop moaning and start writing to Sky? Every year I cancel the sports package once the season ends,then start once it begins. They always ask why, I simply tell them “only have to watch RL” so, why not write and aim your gripes at Sky?

@SkyHelpTeam my download speed is awful and has dropped rapidly in the last 2 weeks! When I check on your apps Speedtest it says I’m getting 80mb but this isn’t the case I’m sat directly next to the router when I do an online test which says I’m getting 9!
