@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for nearly two days and the Sky Customer service guy just hung up on after refusing to let me speak to a manager! This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!

@SkyHelpTeam 1st Dec. 22.40hrs TF6 fibre broadband. Sky Internet down. But mysky says it can connect to hub. Getting scheduled maintenance message in app. Do maintenance over night not when we are awake. Disgraceful.
