@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

Called @SkyUK to renew my bundle. I answer questions about usage etc. The rep offers loyalty discounts of £7pm for 18m + £5pm for 12, so it’s £56 for 12m and £61 for 6. I go to the website, add the same package + free Netflix, it’s £55 for 18m. Define a loyal customer plz🤦😡👍

@WestwoodLee @SkySports Lee this leaves a bad taste in the mouth, however Sagatrom should have never been anyway near that ball as it is very close to the hole, Sagstrom actions created this ridiculous situation which led to the official getting involved.
