@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

I have called up Sky Customer Service and have been told you are still trying to fix it (since July). The management team should be embarrassed by the incompetence.
