    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    @LFCJosh23 @SkySportsPL @SkySports I’m thinking yes, but in fairness the game is faster these days & there are cameras at almost all games so we see all the mistakes highlighted. I think better fitness and conditioning of referees would help a lot are really out of shape.

    @SkyHelpTeam @scottishleaf I think it’s now established that there is a #broadband outage across east central Scotland. However is this also affecting #skymobile 4G services. I’ve lost 4G at the same time my broadband went off

    How can teams with no money coming in from gate receipts afford to pay £80 million for a player. Far too much money coming in from @SkySports and @btsport and of course state broadcaster @BBCSport Cancel subscription to all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I looked on his account though and there’s no mention of my email? It’s only got his, his number etc. But if I sign in with my email it says Hello Samuel, and that I only have guest access, no address listed etc. It’s definitely wonky.

    @SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I still came believe in these times, that you can sign up to these contracts and upgrades online or at a push of a button. When when you want to downgrade or cancel your contract, you need to speak to somebody. Rip off

    @woody2235554 @jammierooroo @SkyUK My point was that they seemed more amenable to deal with than some bodies. British Gas I won't go near again: BT mis-sold me a package then because I was just outside the 14 day cooling off period said £2000k to cancel!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My 77yo MIL was recently scammed out of 75,000 by fraudsters and M&S, MBNA and Santander also loaned her 20,15 and 20k . Problem is she didn’t apply and is a pensioner living alone, half deaf and early stage cognitive decline . The police are looking into the fraud which involved clearing her savings accounts at BoS, opening a Revolut and Kraken crypto account to funnel all the money to from her savings accounts and the loans on top. To say the BoScotland, Revolut , M&S, MBNA and Kraken have been unhelpful is an understatement of enormous proportions. The elderly need better protection from services that insist they hold online accounts. How does anyone lend a 77year old 55,000 in 48 hours with no affordability checks or veracity checks and then only want to talk about paying on time. The elderly are so vulnerable online and none seems to give a monkeys. BoS allowed over 130,000 to flow in and out her bank account over an 8 day period on an account that averaged 280 pounds per month flows over the last 2 years and total balance never changed more than 1-2,000 in that time. M&S will lend online easily but to complain or speak to anyone about you have to write to them and after doing so they refuse to discuss it . The elderly are cannon fodder online.
