@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam are all streaming fine with no issues at all. This has been happening for months now sometimes they download fine but other times I can't get them to download at all. Sometimes they download so far then just stop n come up with the same error. 2/2 whats going on?

@SkyHelpTeam why is it everytime I'm trying to download Episodes of series off the on demand service all I keep getting is failed remote network problem or no subscription. I know it's not my internet that's the issue as Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ etc are all 1/2
