This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

This is the worst broadband provider and customer service I have ever dealt with! Inconsistent broadband!
