The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

    @SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys. Had my home move done on Friday and the engineer advised he could add on multiscreen for £11 a month instead of the standard £15. He's left me a mini box (broadband being installed on 14th so can't use it yet) but my bill says £15 a month. Can you help?

    @SkyUK Hi Sky, I’ve spent over 3 hours on hold in the past 24 hours to try and cancel our subscription with you. Just curious why it’s so difficult to do this, do you actually have anyone available to speak to or are you going to keep me waiting in the hope I’ll give up!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m completely baffled as to how your customer service team is so busy at 2pm on a Monday? I’m up to an hour on hold now🤬 Can’t handle the amount of complaints/phone calls expand your team or get a better service!!
