    Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

    @TheCelticWiki And the real irony is, Scottish fans keep on bankrolling English football via SkySports. It drains cash and talent away from Scottish football. Lawwell and Rodgers aren't to blame, we're our own worst enemies.

    @jl7213 @SkyHelpTeam Yes so your line is okay (thats what the test tells you) but your wifi is poor. So after the test runs and it asks you if you think there is still and issue and to run wifi troubleshooting you need to do that

    @sianwilliams100 @SkyUK Similar experience Sian, when my wife was seriously ill in a nursing home I stayed with her so many hours.I was late home each evening decided to cancel Sky, but they let me have a free subs for 6 months then £11 a month for 6 months.And they sent Linda a lovely bunch of flowers.

    @SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!
