Dear @SkyHelpTeam. I really like you guys. But I’m caught between a rock and a hard place here. I’ve had NO SIGNAL on my Sky TV for six weeks now (could be longer, but that’s approximately how many Grey’s Anatomy episodes I’ve missed).

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, I have been on the recieving end of the worst customer service ever from sky recently. Promised call back Fri/Sat but heard nothing. I get an email saying we tried to call, but we didn't get you so more or less your case is closed Case ref: 1161600232 help!!

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

@SkyUK I've been waiting for my replacement sim since December 3rd - I am sure I am not the only customer who's impacted by Sky's sole reliance on the postal service for replacement sims. I've offered to pay for the courier but "computer says no". Sort it out #skysucks

@SkyUK Been trying to upgrade our broadband for days but your website and app keep posting an error message ('It's not your fault, it's us!) when I click on 'add'. Any chance you could fix your website sometime soon?? Preferably before we have to change provider...
