@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

@TechAdvisorHQ @SteveMay_UK @SkyUK Quite disappointed with this review. PQ described as mid-range is generous IMO. HDR performance is really poor. TV itself goes blank and requires hard resets constantly. No mention of atrocious Pucks. Review makes it sound half decent instead of the reality of it not being ready
