@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

@SkyHelpTeam No issues with broadband. Tried downloading other shows just to test it & seems to work fine. Seems to just be some shows I get this error message. Does this mean they're not available to download?

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@buggybuxton81 @SkySports He got plenty of leeway because of his past and that he’s a blade, anyone else would have been sacked at Xmas? You never know if we’d brought a new coach in we might have had a better chance of staying up?? At least he doesn’t have a relegation on his record

@mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia VM good for download speed but they change it without u knowing and the price is crap make sure u renew after two years to get it cheaper. Just upgraded mine but had to buy a booster as WiFi went crap after they upgraded me and say it’s because of so many devices but it’s not.

@SkyHelpTeam it's HD I had the issue with - my box was telling me last night that I needed to upgrade to watch. It's not telling me that now, and I can watch fine. My question is whether I should have access to this. If you could confirm please.
