@SkyHelpTeam That you don’t offer support for using VPNs (bit of a let down after 45mins on hold) - to have a search on the forum and see if there were any fixes, not found anything that works though.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that, 2 software updates later and still on the same software version and the problem still present. My previous 2Tb box never had any of these issues before it died. What is different about this box that causes issues not present in previous box?

@SkySports The biggest problem Manchester United have is when Ole selects Matic. The guy stops the team from getting out of 2nd gear and he drags the formation back deeper and deeper. Even Cavani's work rate won't help that!
