@SkyHelpTeam been trying to call on 0800 759 1263 & the automated message says we are open from 0830 am to 11 pm 7 days a week but I am getting told it’s closed.there is no way I can do this online as there is no option to do it. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam @Michelleashx I'm Gold and I got my Glass delivered Sat. Not overly impressed so far though must admit. Voice control not fluid, recording not available on Sky Glass, HD pictures do not look HD, sound out of sync with video, interface generally slow to load.
