    @SkyHelpTeam That you don’t offer support for using VPNs (bit of a let down after 45mins on hold) - to have a search on the forum and see if there were any fixes, not found anything that works though.

    @SkyHelpTeam two nights in a row waiting for 2 hours to get through, gets throughly guy couldn’t help me, promised me a call back yesterday, never happened, my contract is due to be renewed. Can’t even do this on my online account 😡😡

    @SkySports can you try and make sure that your presenter is accurate. The rangers weren’t “put down” to the 4th division. They had to apply to start again in the 4th division. Thanks. Not hard to be accurate unless there is an agenda here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done this multiple times ,not only will it not allow me to test my internet speed , currently won’t even let me talk to anyone to resolve this issue . After discussing these issues previously with your team the connection will temporarily improve for the best part of 5 minutes

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done this already. I upgraded to Superfast broadband recently but the connection is intermittently unstable. It’s extremely frustrating!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s what they “have to say” apparently!! You blame open reach but far as I can see it’s just to cover your own back with APPALLING service. I wouldn’t wish sky broadband on my worst enemy!!! No one gives a 💩DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS TRYING TO WORK!!!
