Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Could someone PLEASE call me ASAP. Can’t sign into sky account to find my sky ID. Want to pay half my bill but can’t speak to 150. And error showing. Please and thank you. It says I should find my sky on paper statement. In all years I’ve never had one

@SkyHelpTeam Of course I've already checked online, it's the first thing I did. Just says "outage - can take a couple of days to fix" it's not really good enough is it? When many work from home & need WiFi. So sick of constantly losing WiFi all the time, guess its time to switch.
