@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

@SkyHelpTeam I noticed the Sky Q box had failed this morning, quick call to Customer Services and I had replacement box delivered and set up within 6 hours. Thanks very much guys, outstanding customer service today :-)
