@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

Call centre encounters can be long and arduous. So big massive thanks to Marie @SkyHelpTeam who patiently somehow managed to talk me through broadband issues that were entirely my doing. Even though I was a total numpty she never once said it! Give the lassie a wee bonus😃🖐🏻 🤣

Can’t get my @SkyUk box to download anything quickly...internet’s fine ✅ turned the box on and off ✅ watched Netflix to test network ✅ and yet I can’t watch a single movie or box set, despite paying a fortune for the privilege! Been waiting an hour for a episode to reach 14%

good luck #itfc today on skysports which is never good of late for us dont throw away 2 points like last week that was frustrating and concern that was old #itfc , fragile with leads lets dominate them , and put the game out of sight!!
