@SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

@SkyHelpTeam Pointless. But how about you fix your other issues first for example why do I need to be connected to my skyQ box to watch all my sky go channels kinda no point if I'm already at home don't you think. You limit what we are allowed but we pay for the complete package. Explain??

@mrsmintmav @SkyHelpTeam If speed to hub (according to Sky) is correct but speed to device is half what it should be there’s a problem with your hub. It’s not like you’re half way across a football field. @SkyHelpTeam need to investigate further.Pointless paying for it if it’s not transmitting to devices

@SkyUK But absolutely nothing for existing customers tho. Thankfully virgin has just been installed in my area. 15 years with sky and absolutely no customer loyalty shown to me.
