Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I never thought i was arguing with anyone to be honest.
-
Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@gasreggal @liviman71 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports The problem with that Angela is how many people can easily afford... the vast majority of people with season books make sacrifices for it. The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I'm not happy about it but understand why we are going down this route and have renewed to a. Keep my seat and b. Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!
-
𝕽𝖆𝖓𝖌𝖊𝖗𝖘 𝕭𝖊𝖆𝖗 (@BigRangersBear) reported from Motherwell, Scotland
@hunter_19851 @skytv @SkySports @virginmedia The terms of your contract have changed. Your paying for a service you're no longer recieveing.

Gerard (@G3WRD) reported from Larkhall, Scotland
@SkySports Sane is a brilliant play not surprised he wants to move on he’s down the pecking order getting a few mins here n there. Could come back to haunt them.
-
Ross Logan (@RossLogan_89) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@thomoboy30 @SkySports Started on the coronas early the day stupid arse aye
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @ryan011586 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports We have two options. Maximise revenues and hope enough overpay out of a sense of wanting to help the club. Price things fairly and see the club massively downsize and a lot of employees lose their jobs and good players be sold. Neither option is good.

Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam I’d appreciate it if I didn’t have to locate anymore details myself as what I have found has been unhelpful hence contacting by Twitter now. I would like you to send me the email or telephone number please. There are real issues with our internet. Thinking of cancelling.
-
Craig Corse (@CraigCorse) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
Hi @SkyHelpTeam, please explain how I can go online to fix a non-existent broadband connection, without any opportunity to speak to an operator. Think that one though...
-
Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@Hughes_Lives_On @ryan011586 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Another solution I don’t think too many people would be unhappy with. That would provide the club with the money they need for this season and would be fairer to supporters.
-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@AnnmarieColvan @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Yeah it sucks. Guess you need to decide whether keeping that seat is worth the money or not. I feel your pain as ive two tickets to pay for as well.
-
Bob Pollock (@BobPollock1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkySports I think it’s more about finding a solution to the fact that Hearts were absolutely pants and going down anyway.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up
-
𝕽𝖆𝖓𝖌𝖊𝖗𝖘 𝕭𝖊𝖆𝖗 (@BigRangersBear) reported from Motherwell, Scotland
Seems @skytv are just taking random amounts from my bank now. I'm paying almost the same this month as normal despite them not supposed to be charging for @SkySports Time to cancel it.
-
Andrew Keegan (@KeeganLost) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam boy our internet is so bad that it took me literally six minutes to tweet this!
-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

@dean_deanson @SkyHelpTeam @DonnaCJ1 Your account, not you. Unless you are telling us that your identity is intertwined with your account. If that is the case then replying to people having issues with Sky is a rather dull existence.

Just Human (@rusi_kathoke) reported
@SkyUK get your finger out and stop abusing direct debit mandates and taking money that doesn’t belong to you by overcharging accounts through your incompetence. Things are bad enough in the UK without your Finance Dept’s incompetence making things worse.

@Daveric79445879 @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like a problem on the line Dave so it would be Openreach at fault not Sky making your threats of going to a ‘more reliable provider’ worthless
