My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. We’re going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
