    @terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok just some constructive feedback would be to say that it is does still work on laptops but only certain devices & link to page where I can check if mine is compatible. Sending me to a generic help page with no context is just lazy & unhelpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam set up new DD confirmed with sky team set up, returned from holiday, sky now cut off with no warning, call centre unwilling to reconnect disputes sky error, staff unhelpful, dismissive & rude #unhappy customer

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    @Aligoodwin1970 @SkyHelpTeam This has been going on for 2 weeks its a problem with IP addresses thats what the engineer told me when he came to fix a different problem.. its beyond a joke DO NOT FuLL RESET it doesn't work and u end up loosing everything its pointless.. had an update last nite and still broke

    @SkyHelpTeam I too am having the same issue, cannot download any On Demand content. Contract due for renewal so this for sure will impact my decision. Never had issues with Sky before and been with them for over 20 years. I want On Demand back as use it all the time.

    @SkySports They may as well have said just hang on Max we will move the 5 cars between you and Lewis out of the way then you can just pass him with your new tyres. The ***** running the show hung Lewis out to dry and have being trying to stop him for the last few races. Max was handed it.

    @smudgeit123 @SkyHelpTeam My argument exactly. If they know about this issue why don’t they do the honourable thing and notify all paying customers. There has been no info sent out or updates given. They can’t even provide a timeline on when it’ll be resolved. It’s very poor customer service

    @Daniel50389415 @andyreadman69 @SkySports The issue was that there were 3-4 options within the rules, but all had LH winning or having a massive advantage. The option taken, circumvented, manipulated & abused the rules. This option was the only one that favoured MV. The red flag was the only fair option.
