I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

@SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

@ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam We either pay over the odds (for a basic package) and just like it or lump it, or we call "customer services" ask for a better deal and then get charged an admin fee, which BTW I was never warned of, all if this just so we can be on the price plan that we should be on. Ludacris!!

These @SkyUK employees act like celebrities. So reluctant to come fix a broadband that’s not running. I dunno why #Virgin doesn’t service my area? They come & set it up for you. Here, the technician is already late but apparently is in the area. Let’s see if he ends up turning up

@SkyHelpTeam The current best solution they can come up with is "change providers", despite the fact that they all run on the same Openreach infrastructure, so if another provider can make the upload work properly, Sky should be able to.
