@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

@SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam our network connection disconnects and reconnects every 10-15 seconds or so, it doesn’t seem to affect anything like downloads but just wondering if this is an issue that others have experienced..all other WiFi devices are unaffected

@SkyHelpTeam We went through all relevant diagnostics and support engineer but it down to potentially a faulty router so he was going to arrange replacement but due to system issues he was unable to process
