@SkyHelpTeam Okay I'll break it down for you - Why you can't renegotiate your package online? When you do you call Sky, you always get offered a crap deal & it's only when you threaten to cancel that you actually get a better deal.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam why are your Internet so bad today, not even getting 1mb next to the hub, and I've already unplugged it and such but still the same and before you say go to the test broadband page, that page won't even load because of how slow it is

@SkyUK is such a terrible product with such poor support. Paying over £70 a month for something that does not work. Constant technical faults, can’t go 10 mins without a loss of signal. Engineers coming out with no solutions and no way to get out of your contact. Awful..
