    @ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

    @nikitasmesney @SkySports @the_nomads @BBCSportScot If it's any consolation TV in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 treat most teams outside their own 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Premiership with similar contempt. There was one guy in the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 media who was on point. 👍😉⚽📻

    @SkyUK have got to be the worse broadband provider. WiFi is constantly down, constantly using my mobile data and if it does work it’s mega slow

    @SkyUK No stable wifi since Jan. Had several engineers (Sky&BT) who haven’t fixed the problem. For most of the day the middle ‘internet’ light is orange& no wifi service. Needing resolved urgently given we’re work from home for the foreseeable. Can’t get through on phone or web

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam to cancel an engineer visit this afternoon- got put on hold for 20 mins as the guy went off to talk to his manager, so I’ve hung up - the engineer isn’t getting in, and im not paying the cancellation fee - FYI

    I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. I'm posting after every sky 'update' because of the appalling customer service from sky and Openreach, and my need to 'put it out there'. There's a fault that Openreach need to fix but they won't tell me what, and sky also don't or won't. I'll be back on the 26th!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just been quoted 2-3 days by another provider. They didn’t see a problem with it at all. Sky service has declined massively past few years. Not sure what I’m paying for really.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nathan, yes five times. It either says our broadband speed is slow (it's usually below what we pay for), or that our Hub isn't responding to checks right now. No device in the house can connect. We had similar problems this time last year. Took ten separate engineer visits...

    So, Day 17 of no broadband or landline. @skyUK Sky can't help because it's @OpenreachHelp Openreach's responsibility. Openreach have still not pulled their fingers out and done anything to resolve the issue. Two days ago Openreach said they've updated sky, while sky today 1/4

    @SkyHelpTeam Had text yesterday to say broadband activated. Just received email from BT saying I’ve asked to change my broadband package with them starting on 22 April. I have not. Had email from BT saying phone line stopped, but not broadband yet. Sky did cancel this for me?
