@skytv @SkyHelpTeam 4 weeks of issues and still no resolve. Poor customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Poor broadband service. Overpriced tv plan despite 15 years as a customer. £800 a year....time to cancel!

@HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up

@67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.

Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

@HughesStephrn @ryan011586 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports We have two options. Maximise revenues and hope enough overpay out of a sense of wanting to help the club. Price things fairly and see the club massively downsize and a lot of employees lose their jobs and good players be sold. Neither option is good.

@SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.

@SkyUK Promised a visit between 8-1pm. Took a day off work to have broadband sorted, called Sky and found out nothing was ever booked. Have re booked for today and now waiting around AGAIN and receive a text from Sky saying engineer coming in two days? Help!

@SkyHelpTeam whats with these download problems? Just downloaded 9ep, 3 of them have error „remote network problem“. I WFH, on video calls all day, my internet connection works perfectly fine on other streaming services. Never had these issues with Sky+. Really miss that old box!
