    @SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello when I log out then go to get paramount plus all it does is show a message telling you to go to website The only time there was a QR code was on the very 1st day of the launch but then came up with errors And not seen it since TBf I give it a week and try again as fed up 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

    A so called VIP customer however I have to wait 2 working days for an engineer to come look for a fault with my broadband meaning I don’t have broadband access. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it every time I try to contact sky I get put into a queue with an hours wait time and no one ever gets back to me. Customer service is an absolute joke. Cannot understand why it’s so busy on a Wednesday evening.
