    Dear @SkyHelpTeam. I really like you guys. But I’m caught between a rock and a hard place here. I’ve had NO SIGNAL on my Sky TV for six weeks now (could be longer, but that’s approximately how many Grey’s Anatomy episodes I’ve missed).

    Just checked my @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam app to discover they are attempting to charge me almost 3x my actual monthly amount by DD this month. Thought issues had been resolved with this as wrong amounts have been happening since Sept. Honestly never ever go with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam set up new DD confirmed with sky team set up, returned from holiday, sky now cut off with no warning, call centre unwilling to reconnect disputes sky error, staff unhelpful, dismissive & rude #unhappy customer

    @terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    @BulkyBalkan74 @SkyHelpTeam Is this because you would be signing up for Sky Broadband too? If so, DON'T as they serve the phone line through the broadband. Any time Sky DNS goes down, the landline fails. This is also incompatible with alarm call or other equipment that needs an analogue phone line.

    @SkyHelpTeam If you can’t do that I will be forced to look elsewhere for an internet provider that can achieve MUCH better speeds when my contract expires in December. I’ve been paying for a service that I’m not receiving.
